Keith turned a bad experience into a good one. I had a pipe that cracked and was spilling water out onto my dining room carpet. Needless to say I was in a panic. I called Keith based on the reviews that I had read, and am extremely happy that I did. This is a family business that really cares. First his wife answers the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Keith showed up within the hour and got right to the problem and fixed it. He was so nice and kind, honest, and knowledgeable that he put me at ease immediately. In fact I had to get a restoration team out to dry out my carpet and walls, and they were so impressed with his work that they took his information to use in the future. I can promise you that a call to Keith will help make a bad experience better.

Three repairs in past month: backed up laundry room drain, new kitchen faucet, and an outside faucet relocated. Durso plumbing was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Finished product looks and works fantastic. Super clean as they worked - all areas were spotless when they were done. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Keith came out to our house right away!! Our sum pump went out and he was kind and honest! It was after hours and he was still happy and courteous even though it was after 7 o'clock in the evening. We just moved into a new place and on the first night there, a pipe froze in one of our bathrooms. We called Keith the next day and in less than 2 hours he was here unfreezing the pipe. In addition to that, he took a look around and offered some other services and let me know the urgency and cost of each.

Before leaving he noticed one of our toilets wasn't sitting properly and asked if he could take a look under. Good thing he did. It wasn't set properly and could have caused a major issue down the road. He took care of that immediately.

Overall Keith provided excellent service and I highly recommend him.

Over the years, we have tried a few highly rated plumbers in the area, only to be disappointed and overcharged. It was time for a new water heater recently, so we tried Keith Durso Plumbing, mainly because of great reviews by his customers.

This time we were delighted! As others have described, Keith is highly knowledgeable, very professional, honest and friendly. His charges were far less than other companies that we had contacted.

Keith Durso Plumbing is highly recommended! We will have quite a bit more plumbing work to be done next month, and we will certainly be seeing Keith doing that work.

Should have posted this a few years ago, but wasn't on Yelp at the time. We were remodeling our children's bathroom when the original handyman (Who will go nameless) was over his head on the plumbing aspect of the job. He recommended that I let Keith Durso Plumbing handle the toilet installation. Must say, Keith was quite understanding, thorough and professional. Charged me, a fair price for his skills and installed a perfectly brand new 'TOTO'. Took care of any potential issues as well. Highly recommend using Keith for any future plumbing issues or concerns, but book him ASAP, talented folks are always in demand. Cheers!

Keith arrived on-time, and prepared. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us with not only what were our options but a clear breakdown of each and the links to look online for comparisons. Very professional, very friendly, and very responsive. Once the work was completed, Keith, at no extra charge fixed an issue with our bathroom sink.

I forgot to post this right after they came! Amazing process from start to finish. Fixed a leaky toilet for me. It was the week of thanksgiving and they had An appointment within two days. Keith really saved us! While waiting for our new home to be built we are spending most of the summer in our fifth wheel. We had an emergency in our RV with a leak in the kitchen. He came out really quickly and summed up what happening. Even though he doesn't usually work on fifth wheels he found the problem and gave us options and quotes of what he could do. He was so personable and honest we will definetly call him if we have plumbing issues at our new home!
