I was replacing my electric range with a new gas range and needed to have a shut off valve installed on the gas line before the new range could be delivered. I saw all the excellent reviews for Keith and decided to give him a try...I'm so glad I did! It was great to be able to set up an appt. right away and not have to go thru voice mail! He and Tyler (his apprentice) showed up on time and both couldn't have been nicer! They did an excellent job and were very careful to clean up afterwards. Keith won't leave the job until he knows everything is perfect! I was very impressed and will be calling him again! I now understand why he has so many 5 star ratings!

The reviews on line for Keith Durso Plumbing were all outstanding so I hired them to replace a toilet for my mom. Reviews were spot on. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional service I received. Tyler came out and he was on-time, friendly, and a great communicator. He did a great job. He was not informed that I had received a quote over the phone from Keith so I called the office and they honored it. Then Keith personally called me to apologize for not communicating the estimate to Tyler. They exceeded my expectation. I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend them! I called them to get 2 water shut-offs valves replace in my kitchen. When they showed up, it was right after I got new countertops installed so I asked if they can put back the garbage disposal and reattached the plumbing pipes for me. They were very kind to accept the extra job. Cody came over to do the work and Keith stopped by for some extra help at the end. Both guys were awesome and did a great job! They even checked my other water shut-offs valves in my bathrooms to make sure everything was good. They did great work with a fair price, I would definitely call them back for any future plumbing issues.

I was sent Keith's way by a co worker that had work done by him in the past. I called and he was over for a quote shortly after.

We took a look at what needed to be done, and found that my major issue no longer existed (tub drain leak.) We looked at other things I had concerns with, such as securing a gas line for the dryer, replacing the original drum trap under the bathroom with a newer ptrap, and replacement of the above grade sump pump for the wash sink.

Keith left me with a quote in hand once he left and I scheduled the work shortly after.

As expected, Keith called about 30 minutes before he was to arrive onsite. I met him there and he got to work right away. Keith is very friendly and attentive, and goes above to keep areas clean!

I am very satisfied in the work today at my home. I hope to use Keith in the future for more projects.

I highly recommend Keith. As others have said, he is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about costs. We had to get a kitchen sink re-piped in a home we moved into a couple of months ago. It was a peacemealed disaster. He gave us 2 options which I appreciated. Very quality work was done, fantastic clean up. When he was finished, he showed us how everything was hooked up, how to clean the disposal and pointed out the warranty we had on our new faucet and actually affixed a label to the cabinet for future reference. I am so happy we went with an independent that cares about his work vs. these large plumbing companies. We will have him back to so some additional work in the future!

Keith is an AWESOME plumber and even nicer person. When I opened my door and saw him on the other side I felt instant relief. I knew I was in good hands and all wood be good very soon. He is kind, honest, fair and a good plumber to boot! I won't recommend anyone but Keith for a plumber. He's just THAT great!!

Keith turned a bad experience into a good one. I had a pipe that cracked and was spilling water out onto my dining room carpet. Needless to say I was in a panic. I called Keith based on the reviews that I had read, and am extremely happy that I did. This is a family business that really cares. First his wife answers the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Keith showed up within the hour and got right to the problem and fixed it. He was so nice and kind, honest, and knowledgeable that he put me at ease immediately. In fact I had to get a restoration team out to dry out my carpet and walls, and they were so impressed with his work that they took his information to use in the future. I can promise you that a call to Keith will help make a bad experience better.

Three repairs in past month: backed up laundry room drain, new kitchen faucet, and an outside faucet relocated. Durso plumbing was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Finished product looks and works fantastic. Super clean as they worked - all areas were spotless when they were done. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
