We were looking to install a shutoff and was told these guys were good. I called them and they were SO rude I was shocked. I wouldn't even recommend calling them unless you wanted to be treated like something you scrape off your shoe. They should be ashamed.

I called Keith at 2:30 pm on Thanksgiving Eve..I am not a plumber so when asked what my problem was I said a plugged toilet. He told Me it would e around $125. And He would be out in A hour. When he came within a hour He said My handyman who left the toilet off at my request left him more work and that the job was bigger than this afternoon and I had a bigger problem than just a clogged toilet. That he was going to pass on this job. All he looked at was the toilet that was off. Was he going to charge me $20. To use the plunger ? He did teen try and schedule a return trip.
