Curtis replaced a leaky valve for us, unclogged a sink, fixed a loose toilet valve, and patiently advised me regarding other minor concerns (Insinkerator cleaning, another valve issue). And he didn't try to sell me on work we don't need (as I've unfortunately seen other companies do). The bill seemed very reasonable and fair for the work and time committed.
