I've used Keiper Plumbing since we bought our vacation house in 2015. Simply put, it's the best decision I ever made to have Chuck and his team do my HVAC work. His guys are fantastic. They show up when they say they will and the get the work done quickly and correctly. I cannot say enough good things about this team. My furnace ceased working on a three day weekend, I called the emergency number at 11pm that Saturday night and Chuck (the owner) answered the call. His guys were there at 8am the next morning! If you are considering using another HVAC group, think twice and choose Keiper!

I have used Keiper Plumbing and HVAC for over a dozen years. They have completed a variety of small(clogged drain) to larger projects (new heating and air conditioning systems) over the years. The office staff is always friendly, responsive and communicate effectively. The technicians are punctual, neat, professional and efficient. On Sunday January 5,2025, my hot water heater started leaking water. I called the office on Monday the 6th and explained my situation. Within three hours, Scott and Blake were at my house. They explained in layperson's language what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. A knock on my door and they reiterated what they accomplished and also turned on the dehumidifier in the crawl space. Extremely happy and satisfied once again. During the long holiday weekend, we ran into an issue with our well pump. Chuck and Dillon had the system back up and running the next day. On call communication process was smooth the the timing was spot on. Chuck even talked me through an issue with the house filter a few hours later. Having the team back to inspect the water and the overall plumbing system due to the excellent treatment received on a Sunday.

I received another quote that was triple the cost of the quote I received from Keiper-I had NO water as my well pump had to be replaced and everyone from Michelle to Dylan was super supportive and professional.
I had a hard time with the original price from another plumber and with no water, I almost paid it but because it was such a huge amount to pay, I was referred to Keiper and they had someone out within 2 hours of the call (late in the afternoon) and it was fixed the next morning in an hour---a day before 4th of July. Amazing company and appreciate the help and work and price. Thank you Keiper

I just bought and moved into a new house recently. The systems in the house seemed new, but as a first time homeowner, I didn't know much about them. We've been having a heat wave these last few days and one night my ac just died. I didn't know what to do. I am new to the area and don't know any reliable companies for electrical/hvac work.

Luckily, I found this company! I am not a preexisting customer, so most companies won't send someone out on the weekend and this is the weekend before the Fourth of July, but these guys came out right away and spent the hours required to fix my hvac system! A mouse had chewed through several wires in my indoor unit causing a short which fried my outdoor unit's contractor.

And, best of all, while I was expecting to pay through the nose for these repairs, the very awesome service technician was able to get me a discount, which would have been unthinkable at those other companies, who wouldn't even provide me a quote because it was a weekend, let alone come out!

This company is great, so don't look any further!

On a cold Sunday evening, we could not take a shower due to a valve issue with our single handle facet! I called Keiper and they immediately confirmed a tech could assist. We agreed & 20 minutes later Dillion showed up & walked me thru the entire fix! He was patient, professional and personable. We've called Keiper in the past and always get the same excellent service!

We had a leak in the water line between out well and the house. Connor, Chuck, and the crew methodically located the issue. In addition to solving the problem, they explained every move, each step of the way. Kieper was quick to respond to our plumbing problem and provided information along the way to help me understand what was happening.. I can, without hesitation, recommend Kieper plumbing.

We bought a property in Aug 2022 and as per of the settlement a water heater was newly replaced. There was a failure in the system on Dec 30th. We had two professionals look at it and they both recommended asking the installer to look at it. We called the main number and the person who spoke to two of us (independently was extremely rude to both of us on separate calls). He said he wasn't sure anything was covered on our policy with a change and owner and was adamant of the diagnoses without even seeing it. He said in a slow loud voice that it is an electrical issue and we would have to pay $220 + $220 to have anyone come out to see it - and then he hung up. Not sure I would trust someone like him with any new or existing business. He was an utter disgrace to this business and I am shocked they had such a high rating with someone like that working there.
