Keiper Plumbing is by far the most responsive, professional, fair and honest service company that we have ever used in our 20 years of home ownership. I used this company twice last week. BOTH calls were accomplished within two hours of my initial telephone call to the office. Last Tuesday, I called to replace the hose bib, nozzle and pipe that was leaking. Two younger and very professional men came out and had the job done within an hour. They were amazing to deal with!. Then on Friday (after hours), my wife got to our lake home in Pocono Pines, and the water in the home wasn't working at all, our well pump had gone bad. Within 20 minutes, Dom and Chuck came out, diagnosed the situation, installed a new pump and wiring and within a few hours our problems were solved. To top it off they honored us with work week pricing and not emergency weekend pricing! I cannot thank this company enough for the quality of their service and the amazing way that they treated my wife and I during the process. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Keiper is awesome, from the girls in the office to every single service guy! I just recently moved here full-time. We have had mini splits installed from them and they have been out numerous times for our hot water tank, sometimes in the same day. Chuck the owner treats you as a friend. He ensures that the issue is resolved no matter what it takes and helps to reassure you every step of the way. These people are amazing! I noticed my hot water heater leaking last night. I called this morning and someone was here within a half hour to check it out. I needed a new one, as I suspected. The guys were here to install it an hour later. Friendly, professional, answered all my questions patiently. Left my place clean and tidy. I feel so lucky to have them nearby.

PA had the ""big chill"" hit in the end of 2017 going into 2018..we found out our worst fears were realized when we got to our house a few weeks later and the pipes froze. We called Keiper's 2:30 on a Friday afternoon when we discovered the problem-they arrived about 2:55:) John & Bryan had the problem fixed in about an hour--the cost was much better than we expected..being from Philly we were expecting to get hit over the head for emergency plumbing service on a Friday afternoon during a cold snap! The men kept my husband in the loop as to what they were doing, why and how to avoid further problems-they also told us some helpful information on the home we purchased a year and a half ago, since they did the work for many previous years! Above and beyond what we expected of a service call!
