In addition to solving the problem, they explained every move, each step of the way. Kieper was quick to respond to our plumbing problem and provided information along the way to help me understand what was happening.. I can, without hesitation, recommend Kieper plumbing.

We bought a property in Aug 2022 and as per of the settlement a water heater was newly replaced. There was a failure in the system on Dec 30th. We had two professionals look at it and they both recommended asking the installer to look at it. We called the main number and the person who spoke to two of us (independently was extremely rude to both of us on separate calls). He said he wasn't sure anything was covered on our policy with a change and owner and was adamant of the diagnoses without even seeing it. He said in a slow loud voice that it is an electrical issue and we would have to pay $220 + $220 to have anyone come out to see it - and then he hung up. Not sure I would trust someone like him with any new or existing business. He was an utter disgrace to this business and I am shocked they had such a high rating with someone like that working there.

Keiper Plumbing is by far the most responsive, professional, fair and honest service company that we have ever used in our 20 years of home ownership. I used this company twice last week. BOTH calls were accomplished within two hours of my initial telephone call to the office. Last Tuesday, I called to replace the hose bib, nozzle and pipe that was leaking. Two younger and very professional men came out and had the job done within an hour. They were amazing to deal with!. Then on Friday (after hours), my wife got to our lake home in Pocono Pines, and the water in the home wasn't working at all, our well pump had gone bad. Within 20 minutes, Dom and Chuck came out, diagnosed the situation, installed a new pump and wiring and within a few hours our problems were solved. To top it off they honored us with work week pricing and not emergency weekend pricing! I cannot thank this company enough for the quality of their service and the amazing way that they treated my wife and I during the process. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Keiper is awesome, from the girls in the office to every single service guy! I just recently moved here full-time. We have had mini splits installed from them and they have been out numerous times for our hot water tank, sometimes in the same day. Chuck the owner treats you as a friend. He ensures that the issue is resolved no matter what it takes and helps to reassure you every step of the way. I was lost in this town and needed to pull over to figure out where I was at. I got screamed at by the owner of this company for pulling into the parking lot. If you own a business this is not how you should be treating people.

These people are amazing! I noticed my hot water heater leaking last night. I called this morning and someone was here within a half hour to check it out. I needed a new one, as I suspected. The guys were here to install it an hour later. Friendly, professional, answered all my questions patiently. Left my place clean and tidy. I feel so lucky to have them nearby.
