Keil Plumbing is fantastic. I have previously called on them to resolve plumbing ans water heaters issues and each time they have provided outstanding service. On my most recent service call, Chris and Quinn arrived right on time and quickly identified the plumbing problem. After clearing the sewer line, they also scoped it to find out what was causing the clog and identified an issue in my sewer line that will need to be addressed to prevent future clogs. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I recently called ( Keil Plumbing & Heating ) to send some one to my home to unclog my bathroom bath tub and ( 2 ) TOTALLY PROFESSIONALS arrived at my home at 9:00 AM and they weren't supposed to arrive until 10:00 AM S - - O I was very impressed by that alone b-u-t these ( 2 ) men did NOT stop until my bath tub was unclogged and in good working condition again !!! I want to address these ( 2 ) men by names because they deserve to be addressed by their names and they are ( Danny Robertson ) and ( Chris Allard ) and when I asked Danny Robertson what size bath tub stopper to buy for my bath tub he said ( 1 1/4"" ) with out even measuring and I want to say he was COMPLETELY CORRECT because that's what I just bought and it fits PERFECTLY !!! I want you A-L-L to KNOW that i-f you want experts that really C-A-R-E about the work they do then you need to call ( Keil Plumbing ) and ask for these ( 2 ) men because they are BOTH ""ASSET"" S to this company and they have just the right balance of MANNERS along with PROFESSIONALISM to really represent this company !!! and ( SARA ) whom answers their phone is also an "" ASSET"" because I - F you do NOT have the correct people answering the phone or working for your company you will not last in the business world today and be a success.

It is really sad when 1) you have to write a review like this about a company that has a 90 year history and 2) when receive such subpar service that you vow that is they were the last company in business, you would just have to go without.

I called my warranty company and they set me up with Keil Plumbing. The first red flag was that they did not call me after the warranty company notified them, I had to chase them to get them to confirm my appointment.

When they came out the service tech was nice enough and seemed to know what he was doing well enough. He determined that my outside unit needed a board. Not sure what they were going to charge but they about $80-$120 generally. He did not have it on his truck and said he would order it and it would take about a day and that he would pick it up and be back.

NOTE: It took 10 days to get someone out to look at my HVAC unit.

Anyway, 2-3 days later I get a call that the tech would be by soon. The tech arrives and it is a different guy. He really was unsure why he was there but wanted to check for a water leak and said I had no clue that someone had already been by and determined I needed a circuit board outside.

Long story short after this (nice) older gentleman left, they ceased all contact with me. They would not return calls after I left messages, I emailed them, I attempted contact from their Yelp page and through the BBB, nothing.

Come to find out, after they checked the age of my equipment (inside and out) they then determined that my $100 or so dollar out unit board had totaled my unit (maybe a $4,000.00-$5,000.00 replacement cost) and that I needed 100% replacement. NOTE: It had worked fine just 7-10 before, now it is garbage. I was in disbelief at this, but I allowed them to give me an estimate for replacement . . . well what do you know, I never got one, though they played stupid and claimed to have emailed me one.

NOTE: Knowing that emails bounce sometimes and servers can block them, I gave them a second email address to use, my Gmail account. I asked to wait while they emailed it, but they couldn't do that and promised to email me in a few minutes. It never came. NOTE: Gmail blocked nothing, looked in spam, trash, everywhere, nothing.

I ended up calling my warranty company and they conferenced us and I kinda ripped them a new one. At that point they were going to call me back, and again, nothing. Finally I got someone the phone, a lady (maybe named Sarah), but I am not sure.

At this point, I know she knows me and my name as I was being a thorn in their side. So I explain everything yet again, she plays dumb and without without notifying me, I am put on hold and then a guy named Brian (I think that was his name) picks up the phone.

I then explain again (Note: we are well into the 2 week time frame now), who I was, what the problem was and OMG!!, he claims to not have the first techs notes. So I am put on a very long hold and finally he gets back to me and says, ""I talked to the tech and he says you have a major Freon leak"". I go hmm, (at this point I am thinking, OMG! as I was glued to each tech 100% of the time they were on site and no gauge or any other means of ever hooked up to test pressure.) and asked Brian ""where is the leak"" . . . I get deafening silence. . . then I get ""I don't know""

Moral of the story, these companies seem to use warranty calls to get warm lead to sell their equipment to you, not repair you unit. See my other HVAC review of the followup company and their tech that was amazing.

My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs. I am guessing they will respond to this review and claim some tall tale about their company, service and visit. But rest assured, my representation here is 100% accurate.

I like many did not heed the warnings of other reviewers on Yelp and Google. I will learn one day.

Called to get someone to come out to my house to take a look at my leaking sink. They said they would be there the next day and would call 30 minutes before they get there. I've never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.

Excellent, friendly service. They were available when I called, came right away to identify the issue, then came back the next morning. I had my water leaked fixed in less than 24 hours. Affordable. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I have used Keil several times for plumbing issues and installing a hot water heater when I moved into this home. All good service every time. This recent experience was also great. I had a plumbing clog problem and called them late sunday night Jan,28th,left a message and received a call from the dispatcher Monday morning at 8:03 am...We set up an appointment later that day so I could leave work and meet them at the house. The dispatcher was awesome....kept me posted and let me know when the guys would be there. The problem was solved, the guys were on time and all was good. All of the employees are very professional and very courteous. I will recommend this company to my friends. Thanks

I have been using Keil plumbing for all my plumbing problems for years. They are always professional and do a great job. I think there pricing is very reasonable as well. Matt and John were here this week and fixed several problems for me. There work was professional and efficient! I have recommended Keil P&H to many of my friends and all have been very pleased with the work.
