I recently contacted Kehle plumbing because my hot water heater started leaking. I requested a quote through Yelp, and received a response very quickly. I got quotes from several local plumbers, but Kehle was the only one that was willing to allow me to purchase the water heater myself. I have a Home Depot credit card - qualifying purchases are 0% interest for 6 months, which allowed me to save some money! Kehle also pulled the permit for me through the city of Palm Coast, which was great! Initially Jeremy came out, but the water heater I purchased was too wide - my fault. Jeremy assisted me in finding the correct size on the Home Depot app - he was very helpful and understanding. Fast forward a few days, and Raymond is installing my new water heater (correct size). He was very nice and professional! His installation was perfect - I am very happy with how it looks! All his work was expertly done, and he even came inside the house to answer a couple of plumbing questions for me! What an awesome experience! Palm Coast just came by this morning to inspect the job, and everything passed with flying colors! Thanks, Raymond, and thanks Kehle!

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and waited a week for a service date and time. Had to call twice as office lady, possibly Helen (sad excuse for customer service) claimed she was out of the office when I left the message at 8:30 am for them to call. On day of service, no plumber. Called the office at 3:30 (appt was to be between 2-4 pm) and left recording asking for a callback. Called again next day and got another excuse from office for a non-returned call and a statement from office lady that they have plenty of business and don't need to worry about losing it. Then she hung up and wouldn't take any further calls. Call Royal Flush, they are at least courteous in returning phone calls even when they are busy!

Call the office to have them do work on my water heater. I spoke with katlyn explain to her the work that needed to be done, She quoted me a price of about $150. When the plummer was done with the job all of sudden i needed extra parts. the new price is $250. but final cost to me was $220. I had to use them 2 days later got charged $213 for installation of a dishwaser and connection of a refrigator water supply. they basically charged twice as much as Home Depot. Home Depot couldn't do the install because of cooper. I think Kehle plumbing should send plummer out to give proper quotes.

Would not recommend using this company. Always seems to be short staffed but could find someone to come out at overtime charges. 2 weeks after water heater installed we need someone to come out because water is not heating properly, and we are getting same story - no one to send out.
