This company is amazing!! We had Roger come to our house on New Year's eve and he worked on our sewer lines for a couple of hours and thought the problem was fixed. A couple of hours after he left our problem started again and he came right back over. He worked outside in the freezing cold (10 degrees!) and worked well after dark. He could not get his auger to work properly so he said he would need to take back to the shop and fix it and come back the next morning. We live in a heavily wooded area so we had lots of tree roots in our sewer lines. He came back the next morning, with his auger working, and cleared all the roots out of our pipes. He was very professional and courteous. We were only charged for the first visit since the original problem was not fixed even though this was done during weekend and holiday hours. Cudos to Roger! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber!

Recently we used this company for plumbing services in our home. We had already purchased the parts that were recommended to us to buy from a local hardware store. The person that was sent to our home was very unprofessional. The entire time he was in our home he was yelling about the ""cheap crap"" that we had purchased. He was complaining about everything the whole time he was here. Then when he finally finished the task, he asked for cash to be given to him ""on the side"", or a check be made out directly to him. I had already written the check to the business. I own my own business and my employees would never ask for a check to be made out specificly to them. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I had other plumbing work that needed to be taken care of but I honestly just wanted the man out of my home. I will never use this company again if they don't hire anyone more professional than that. To say the least his customer service skills were lacking.
