We have been using these folks for over 20 years now, and never had a problem. I do most of the plumbing tasks around our house, so we only call them when something is going seriously wrong, and they have always shoehorned us into their schedule. Great family business, with good folks who absolutely know what they are doing. We have never had to have them come out a second time because a repair didn't work the first time. For a plumber, that's incredibly important. Middle of the road prices for top of the line service.

Original request , felt they were too expensive for what i wanted done . I asked him to look at my outside faucets , some had a small drip , he said they needed to be tightened , so he did , left . Quote was about $250 to replace one faucet. Today i went to use and instead of a drip it is running and can't shut off water . Now i have to repair it. Hope his intentions were good and he did not know that the fix was worse than the problem

My first contact with Keep Smiling Plumbing was very positive. They even come out to your home without charging a service fee. The mandatory service fee is an ethically questionable method used to make money even if no service is rendered. I had high hopes that I had found a really honest plumber. We had a hot water dispenser on our kitchen sink that quit working and we needed it replaced. We had already purchased our replacement. Businesses hate this because they make a tidy sum selling products to customers that they buy and resell at a significant additional charge. This job was an easy change for a professional. The plumber arrived on time, looked over the job and gave us a quote of nearly $300. I was shocked but thanked him for his time but told him we couldn't afford that much. Since I am old and have fairly severe arthritis it is very difficult and very painful to crawl around under a sink and work overhead. Anyway, I decided to try. I went to Ace Hardware, got the additional tools and parts I needed. After studying the instructions carefully and finding the correct tools I completed the job myself. Actual work time: about 30 mins. Total cost: about $20. I am no handyman-few skills and little experience. I would gladly have paid $100 or so but I'm glad that I didn't. Profit is one thing but today all we see is rampant greed. If we could find an honest plumber/electrician with reasonable prices we could use them often and recommend them to the other owners in our HOA.

From start to finish A+++++ service!!! I had a big backup causing 2 toilets & a shower to back up. Call 2/10 - my warranty company and they put claim in for a company to come out.. I checked this company's rating .. which was a 1 literally multi customers complaining and advising to not let this company in your house to do work. I in turn didn't feel comfortable with having this company complete any work in my home. A neighbor referred Keep smiling plumbing !! I called and had the pleasure to speak to Shirley . She had possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! She is dispatch and did her job perfect and got a Plummer to my house that day! Joshua was our Plummer! It was his last call and this young man had the best attitude & service skills I again had ever experienced! He jumped right in to fix problem showed us all along where the problem was. He fixed clog and gave tips to avoid buildup in future! I will never have to worry again who to call if I have a plumbing problem because they are the best. !! Thank you again for being a great company that values great customer service!

I called this company on a Wednesday explaining that there were three leaks that needed repair. Turns out that there were only two. Shirley was courteous and made my appointment a priority when I mentioned not having hot water. In under an hour Brian had repaired leaks, identified that nothing was at all wrong with the furnace, and explained that there was no visible leak and that broken tiles may be the culprit of the water stain on the ceilings below. All told, they were a little pricey, but I cannot express how delighted I am with the promptness, the high level of customer service, and the service technician who performed the work.

Keep Smiling Plumbing is a wonderful company with great employees who do top quality work. Every employee I've talked to there is amazingly knowledgeable, nice and helpful! My old house has needed several plumbing repairs in the past 10 years and they always deliver perfect repairs. I needed a new water heater and they worked me into their schedule the same day, with a very understanding attitude that is a huge relief in such situations. As I researched and secured multiple competitive quotes for a relatively minor, but necessary plumbing repair, I selected to use Keep Smiling Plumbing (again). When it came down to the decision, the fact that I had previously been provided excellent and price-competitive service, over the last 20 years, from Keep Smiling Plumbing... it was a slam dunk. As a Full-time, Full-Service Realtor for the past 35 years, the intrinsic value of loyalty in a quality service provider is crucial to both of our businesses.

On July 13th we wakened to a running faucet and had no idea why. We called Keep Smiling Plumbing and they came to the rescue. We contacted them at 7:30 and Tammy answered with a warm and calm voice(I was in a panic mode). She carefully listened to my concern and assured me that someone will be there after a morning staff meeting. During my call she asked if we needed direction to turn off the main valve. We certainly did. My husband attempted to so, but he wasn't successful. She directed us to Jay who was like a guardian angel. He guided my husband on how to turn off the water at its main source. By 8:50 Kyle was at our residence equipped to handle our plumbing plight. After rectifying that issue, two other problems we discovered and he competently resolved those issues. We're pleased to say that this was the second time within the past year that Keep Smiling Plumbing came to our rescue. We had used them in the distant past prior to these recent problems. Based on our experience, if you are in need of a dependable, qualified professional and an honest plumber, I would certainly recommend Keep Smiling Plumbing. Yes, they did put a big smile on our faces. We truly appreciated the service they provided.

Great plumbing service the reviews I read in choosing this company didn't do it any justice albeit THEY were all POSITIVE. The guy Gary who showed up at my house was very nice & knowledgeable. I have a few more things to be done & these guys will be doing it.
