I ordered a plumbing inspection and what I got was a two sentence report and an estimate of $13,054.17. No detail about leaks, main water valve, main line, shut off valve, no pictures, no idea about how long the project would take. At this point I don't believe a detailed inspection was completed! Where is the proof? As a home buyer I expected more detail in the report. I called and spoke to William the """"manager"""" for help but it was pointless. He stated that I had an """"attitude"""" simply because I was expressing my frustration with this $150 """"Inspection""""! Labeling your customer is not providing good customer service! Speaking aggressively to your customer is not customer service! This is my first and last impression of this place. It's substandard I will not recommend or use it for any of my needs. Horrible! Should change the name to Keep Crying!

Called early this morning and spoke with someone about looking at our 2 toilets that are broken. I informed them how important it was for someone to come out today since we are a business and we have surgery in the morning. I was ensured that someone would be out between 12 and 4, but payment would be required upfront in addition to the $39 dispatch fee for them to call me to let me know when they were an hour out. Here it is almost 3:30 and no phone call. I attempted to call them and was informed they would have to email the technician and let me know. I received a phone call back and was just informed that no one would be here before our office closed @ 5. A phone call would have been nice..... Now at #:42 after I have already written a review on Angi they call and say someone can come out from Stone Mountain to Athens, but it would be after 4:40 before they got here. I can't just wait around and hope for them to show up and then stay during the duration of them fixing the toilets. Who knows how long that would be. HIGHLY dissatisfied to say the least.

Rip off! showed up late to my appointment and tried to charge me $2,600 for a 50 gallon water heater! I ended up getting mine water heater replaces for $1150. Stay away from this rip off company!

Very prompt in coming out to fix my water problem outside. Anthony and Isaac did a great job on finding the leak. Would recommend them to my friends. Very professional and explain what needed to be done

May 27th Joseph , the tech, came to my house,,.. I was having a difficult time turning an outside faucet on/off!! He put a NEW handle on it & charged me $126.... IT IS STILL DIFFICULT TO TURN!! I contacted the company to talk to the Manager. He/she NEVER called me back!!! Also Joseph took one of my wrenches & it took about two weeks to get it back!! THEY wanted ME to write this,, that's why THEY never called back.. Don't use these people!! Michael/Winder, GA p.s. that's and EXPENSIVE handle

Keep Smiling is a great plumbing company and do great work. The only problem is they are like the mythical cable guy. The make appointments and just don't show up. IF they finally show up they are a """"day late and a dollar short"""". I would not recommend them to anyone.

The good: I was first pleased with Gingers professional demeanor and politeness. She even went over some key points about how to keep kitchen sinks pipes from clogging up in the future. I booked the appointment! The bad: They never showed up. This incident is far too common and very unsettling for busy consumer trying to get projects completed in a timely manner. Only to be consistently disappointed with techs that have no value for your time! Can I charge a no-show fee? Can I recoup my valuable time for free services? Of course not, but what I can do is warn the next consumer wanting to seek """"keep smiling plumbing for services because I am not smiling.

Melvin, It absolutely disappointing to hear that you have been in business since 1985, and the way that you conduct business is by responding to a review on Yelp. As the business owner, I would encourage you to look into the details before jumping on Yelp and responding to my review. I don't have a basement sir. In addition, I have cameras all throughout my house first floor and at my front door. Would you like me to post what really transpired? Not looking for anything for free, I am grateful that your guy came out and helped my mother. I'm looking for some type of accountability for the additional charges. Glad that you felt a $53 credit took care of this matter. Thank you for being so concerned it shows.

Dillon Dobbs was the most amazing plumber/technician. He was nice, professional, courteous, respectful of our property, and very patient. He explained everything he was doing, and answered all of our questions. After 17 years of not having a plumber I can trust, I will now be using Dillon for all of our plumbing needs. I couldn't be happier with his service. I highly recommend!!

We had multiple issues to be dealt with, including replacing a kitchen faucet and hooking up our refrigerator's water line for ice. Our technician was prompt and business-like, detailing all of the charges before completing the work. I would definitely recommend, if you're looking for plumbing services.
