I am on a septic system up in the Santa Monica mountains, and I've been noticing a sewage smell in my primary bathroom, off and on, for the past couple of months. For whatever reason, it only seems to happen late at night when I do my nightly cleansing routine at my bathroom sink. So I came to yelp to find a plumber that could help me, and after 2 calls to other companies, I'm so happy I found Joseph! The first company I called wanted a ""travel"" fee up front. STAY AWAY from those companies as they are usually brokers that send random plumbers that they have an agreement with, that are not actually employed by them. The second company I called, the person that answered said it sounded like my drain needed to be snaked and it would be $100 dollars to do that. Then when I told him where I live, and that it was in my upstairs bathroom, the price increased to $499.00, so I quickly got off the phone with him. Then I emailed Joseph here on yelp, and got a reply within minutes. As they say, third's the charm! Joseph came out that same day, and of course when he got here, just like when you go to the mechanic, the odor was gone and I could not get it to duplicate itself for the life of me. I have been texting with him the past couple of days and he's been troubleshooting with me. I'm just waiting for the odor to come back so we can figure this out. This is the difference when working with a privately owned business, the customer service is top notch! Joseph was polite, knowledgeable, and didn't try to gouge me by doing unnecessary fixes, which makes him someone that I trust, which is very rare these days. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone with any plumbing needs!

Professional and honest work. Plumbing issues suck enough without having to deal with people who will take advantage of your dire situation. Luckily we came across Joseph and Keep It Flowing.
We'd had a couple of plumbing companies come clear our sewer lines after backups due to invading tree roots. We were quoted exorbitant prices to have our lines hydrojetted before working with Joseph. Unfortunately, the hydrojetting revealed a cracked pipe. We were provided a clear set of options to proceed with our sewer lines and never felt pressured to opt into one or another.
One week later Joseph and his crew were in our front lawn taking care of business. All of the work was competed within a Saturday.
Although it was an unexpected expense, we feel confident that quality work was completed and are happy to support a small business employing respectful, professional workers. Not to mention, our lawn looks like no one was ever here!

My tankless water heater was not working. I had a different plumber come and look at it. It had an error code and I had no hot water or gas . The first plumber that came out told me that I need to replace the entire unit and that he needed to redo all the pipes. I decided to have someone else come and look at the tankless water heater before doing anything. When I contact Joeseh he sent a technician over with in 20 minutes. Eric came the technician came over and found the problem with in 5 minutes. It was a simple fix. I was not aware that I have an emergency earthquake shut off valve. When my pool guy was working on the new heater for the jacuzzi it must have shut of the gas . The most honest, trustworthy, friendly company I have had the pleasure of working with. The fact that Joeseh sent a technician over so fast because I explained to him that my elderly mother has been with out hot water for 3 days. Every other company gave me a 6 hour to a 2 day window to just come look at the problem. Best company!!!!

I had a pool man come over to look at my equipment. The pool guy opened a valve that had too much pressure and flooded an enclosed area in my backyard, above a drain that was clogged.

In a panic, I called a few different people who could come hydrojet the drain line so I could get the standing water to drain. After being refused service and quoted exorbitant prices by other vendors, Joseph answered my call and came over immediately. He got to work and diagnosed my problem, and wasn't afraid to get dirty. He unclogged my PVC yard drains with his bare hands and jammed his arms as deep as humanly possible to help get out the mud and silt that accumulated. I wouldn't expect anyone to do that.

While my problems were ultimately not able to be fixed in one day by anyone, Joseph designed a working solution for my problem and connected me with a far more qualified pool tech to get my system sorted out.

I got very lucky finding this company, just call. Joseph is great, price was reasonable and he came over immediately. What else can you ask for?

I called them Sunday and they were here Monday morning right on time. Ozy and Gilbert found the problem right away and offered the best solution. This is the best price Out there. They were very honest and had no hidden fees.

After getting an extremely high quote from another plumbing company to descale our mainline, I used Yelp's messaging system whereby I was able to ask for quotes from 7 different companies at the same time (which I'd also recommend doing).

Although many companies responded professionally with varying quotes, Joseph at Keep It Flowing impressed me the most and was one of two most affordable price range. (There was another company who gave a slightly lower price but they had some negative reviews that painted a picture of a company that gave low bids then upcharged once on the property, so I opted to steer clear).

When on the job, Joseph explained everything, took video cams before and after, did descaling then hydrojetting afterwards to get rid of the debris left behind from the descaling.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and so happy to have found a new plumber that does what they say they are going to do at an affordable price. They were great communicating, able to come out the day after I called, and didn't even charge me the top price of their estimate, which they could have.

I have to admit, being a longtime Yelp user that I was a bit wary since this company only had 6 reviews. However, since the reviews looked spaced out (not all done at the same time) and seemed legit, I figured they were just a new company. I am happy to be able to contribute another glowing review for this well-deserved company.

Showed up at a commercial store in Lakewood. His price is very reasonable. He had a set charge for 90 minutes and it went over. He told me the original 90 min estimate would suffice.
