I had a pool man come over to look at my equipment. The pool guy opened a valve that had too much pressure and flooded an enclosed area in my backyard, above a drain that was clogged.

In a panic, I called a few different people who could come hydrojet the drain line so I could get the standing water to drain. After being refused service and quoted exorbitant prices by other vendors, Joseph answered my call and came over immediately. He got to work and diagnosed my problem, and wasn't afraid to get dirty. He unclogged my PVC yard drains with his bare hands and jammed his arms as deep as humanly possible to help get out the mud and silt that accumulated. I wouldn't expect anyone to do that.

While my problems were ultimately not able to be fixed in one day by anyone, Joseph designed a working solution for my problem and connected me with a far more qualified pool tech to get my system sorted out.

I got very lucky finding this company, just call. Joseph is great, price was reasonable and he came over immediately. What else can you ask for?

After getting an extremely high quote from another plumbing company to descale our mainline, I used Yelp's messaging system whereby I was able to ask for quotes from 7 different companies at the same time (which I'd also recommend doing).

Although many companies responded professionally with varying quotes, Joseph at Keep It Flowing impressed me the most and was one of two most affordable price range. (There was another company who gave a slightly lower price but they had some negative reviews that painted a picture of a company that gave low bids then upcharged once on the property, so I opted to steer clear).

When on the job, Joseph explained everything, took video cams before and after, did descaling then hydrojetting afterwards to get rid of the debris left behind from the descaling.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and so happy to have found a new plumber that does what they say they are going to do at an affordable price. They were great communicating, able to come out the day after I called, and didn't even charge me the top price of their estimate, which they could have.

I have to admit, being a longtime Yelp user that I was a bit wary since this company only had 6 reviews. However, since the reviews looked spaced out (not all done at the same time) and seemed legit, I figured they were just a new company. I am happy to be able to contribute another glowing review for this well-deserved company.

Showed up at a commercial store in Lakewood. His price is very reasonable. He had a set charge for 90 minutes and it went over. He told me the original 90 min estimate would suffice.

Joseph came on time and was quickly able to diagnose my plumbing issue. Unfortunately for me, I needed a new sewer line. He made every effort to unclog the line but with the camera and some failed attempts with the hydro jet, the line needed to be replaced. Joseph was very calm, professional and easy to talk to. He explained every step he took and made no assumptions. He was able to replace the sewer line from the house up to the sidewalk along with a new liner from the sidewalk to the street within a day. His prices are cheaper than big name plumbing companies and very competitive for a privately owned company if not cheaper.
