Just feel like every time I use them, which has been more than 3, I feel taken advantage of, hi prices, cigarettes all over the ground and yard, and Mike the supervisor is condescending and just downright unpleasant.

Their plumber abruptly left my house because I was on the phone with court---I am an attorney and have to work from home. I've never had a plumber even need to speak with me---they usually just do their thing. He was so unprofessional. The plumber showed up at my house. I let him in and let him know that I was on phone court. I am an attorney and had court over the phone. Obviously, when the judge calls my case, I will be briefly indisposed. He went to my bathroom. I stepped outside when the judge called my client's case to get better service. I also had my dogs out back. The plumber opens my back door (doesnt even check to see if my dogs are friendly---luckily they are) while I am on the phone with a judge. My dogs then go bezerk AS the judge is talking to ME. I tell him that I can't talk right now I am in court. He then just leaves my house. I called the company and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Their explanation for why he left was that I told him to leave----this is completely untrue. Why would I tell a plumber to leave when I need one?? They then tried to get sympathy by telling me the plumber is risking their life during COVID-19. I am completely aware of the fact that they are risking their lives to do their job---but this has nothing to do with why the plumber abruptly left my house. If he would have waited 2 minutes, I would have been done with the phone call. Even if he felt a reason to leave---which I think he was just being rude and impatient---the company should have apologized and told me when he would be out again. They tried to blame me and took no responsibility.

Diid not show up with mask. Tried to upsell my 85 year old mother with a $125 charge i addition to their $110 per hour rate to run a camera down lines to locate clog. Other plumbers tell us that camera should only be used to detect damage to lines AFTER clog is removed. Technician was rude and insulting. Service manager was sarcastic and unhelpful. I would never recommend using this unethical company!

Both times Mike called to confirm, yet failed to show, NO CALL NO SHOW, Twice in the same day

In the summer of 2019 we had a small leak in one of our outside faucets. I called Keenan's on Sat. ( bad choice , we could have waited until Mon. ).
Their man happened to be finished with another call just a short distance
from our house and was able to respond quickly. It took him approximately 15 - 20 minutes to stop the leak. Nice young man did the job. He said he would try to get their office to give us a break on the charges since he was hear such a short time and in the neighborhood. WRONG, I got a bill for $173.97 . I wouldn't have objected too much for their basic charge for a Sat. call , but what really was outrageous was a charge for shop supplies ( which weren't used) and a fuel charge. These in my estimations were simply a ""hold up"".

We have been pleased with Keenan's work, professional employees and good response time.

I recently had a terrible experience with Keenan's Plbg & Htg. What should have been a minor vent repair on my boiler turned into a major 11-day ordeal that, in my opinion, resulted in substantial and unnecessary inconvenience and expense to me. Upon questioning what I had been billed, I was treated very poorly. In my opinion, they were rude, dishonest, and very unprofessional. I regret my decision to do business with Keenan's Plbg & Htg. I will NEVER do business with them again.

If I could leave less than one star I would.
We have spent thousands of dollars, seriously, in the last 6 months with Keenan's and they have been horrible to deal with.
They won't warranty their work, they gouge you on pricing and I was just told by Lisa that I should find another company to work on our stuff. What?? I should pay another company to fix what we paid your company to do??
Hire anybody else and save yourself the hassle.
Their customer service is terrible and we've been treated like we did something wrong. Never again!

What a bunch of thieves these people are.
Selling used , damaged units and representing them as new.

This is the unit that has NEVER worked properly.
Same exact unit Mike the crook just looked at, was showed the damage and still told MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC the unit had no visible damage thus MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC became liable for the part.
Mike the crook lied to MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC then lied to me on several occasions.
Three times I was told they were repairing this piece of crap under warranty at no cost.
Then after waiting 2.5 months in the middle of winter for the FREE part Mike the crook lied to get from MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC. He sent a bill for 650.00 cash for labor
Since the damage was internal with no visible EXTERIOR damage
You be the judge people.
Do you see visible exterior damage
You be the judge when you pick your next plumbing contractor.
Do you want to trust the Keenan Gang and Mike the Crook.
And just one more side not about the respect Kennan has for the customer
The worker spent approximately 5 days installing 8500.00 worth of used equipment claiming it was new
And he threw every single smelly stinky cancer causing cigarette but on the ground around my property

It is all about the money isn't it

We gave this company many tries to fix the high-dollar boiler system they installed in our house and they could never get it quite right. Their motto of ""quality guaranteed"" didn't reflect their improper installation of a flue vent on a boiler which caused ice dams on the outside of the house and blockages of exhaust flow and resulted in a failed boiler fan nor did it reflect their poor attitude in not responding to our concerns. Problems with our expensive system were reported multiple times but never fixed nor addressed with us respectfully; every issue we reported was never fully resolved and the latest ""fix"" to clean the system left bugs in the exchanger system and a $300 bill that another company had to come and fix for $90. We were told there were no boiler fans in Montrose but another company we hired to address the issues found ten fans in stock locally--this was apparently a fib to get us to continue to pay for lack of service. The new company we hired discovered the flue installation problem right away as well as the improper end cap installation that caused the water to flow outside and make ice dams on the house. All of these problems were verified with the boiler manufacturer--Lochnivar-- whose representative told us the flue was indeed installed improperly. Keenans was notified of these things but never felt it necessary to respond to our questions politely when asked. It's too bad that this was our experience but we cannot recommend this company.
