I advise against every considering the company Keen's Plumbing and Heating both because of thier unprofessionalism and thier inability to follow through with thier appointments. The time I used them, they cost my family alot of money!!!

I run a rental property on the islands. I explained to them the urgency of my situation over the phone on 6/17/2012. I arranged for an appointment on 6-21 at 9:00am which gave them four days advance notice for the appointment.

On the day they were supposed to show up, I arrived at 8:30 am to make sure that I would be at the property when they arrived. At 11:00 am, I decided to call to confirm the appointment since no one had come. At that point, I was told they had an emergency appointment and that they would return my call later in the day. Despite calling 2 more times with promises that someone was coming, no one ever showed up. I finally left the house at 4:45 pm after deciding they would not call that day.

The following day was friday so I only had 1 day to find a plumber to replace the valve right away at that point. I decided to call them back again first thing in the morning because they had left me without any time to find a new plumber by the next day when my guests were going to check-in.

First, I explained to them the urgency of the situation and I even begged them just to honor the appointment since i didn't have any time left. Once again, I was told I would receive a call back from someone that wouldn't ever show.

I eventually had to call around until I eventually found router king which despite charging me twice the going rate for the same work b ecause of the emergency, did finish the job for me.
