Ryan K.Had some issues with our toilets backing up. Come to find it was some lines running to our septic tank had some issues. Johnny is the star of the show kicked butt and started digging. Hopefully I won't have to call them again any time soon. But I appreciate the urgency of them getting it handled fast. We all know not having a Toilet and a wife not having a hot shower can cause some ""problems"". Thanks Brett and Johnny.

I appreciated the fact that he communicated what was wrong and fixed my pipe right away. Brett knows his stuff and was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again.
Kendall B.I employed keen plumbing this past week. Following their visit I had a new leak in my sink and worsened issues in my shower. The faucet no longer turns completely and the heating is now a different and consistent issue. The leak in the shower is new. There is also a new hissing noise :)!
Deb B.I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. The guys were very prompt and fixed my problem with my toilet and replaced a shower kit. Both were very professional and skilled. I find it hard to believe these bad reviews as both technicians were very good. I would recommend them to everyone.
Betty O.The main issue remained unresolved, I requested to have my house brought up to code and instead of extending pipes to outside of the roof he capped it. Also said that a regulator needed replacement but he couldn't find it. I had to call an alternate company to replace pipes and found there was no regulator to begin with. He actually completed a faucet replacement and charged 675 for the faucet (and not requested cap). Would never call this company again.
