So glad I called! Tim gave me a multiple job discount because I had several jobs that needed to be done. He just finished up and the work looks great. I am impressed with his straight forward pricing, recommendation of my options based on his experience, and how quickly he came. Same day!!! He's the only one I called based on the stellar reviewed and thankfully I did. Unless I post an update, consider this a hearty endorsement!

I called Keeley's Plumbing after not getting help from a previous company and wasted a day in the process. Tim had no problem coming out to check out the issue with my water heater not working. While he was able to get the pilot light back on, he noted that the unit was returning an error code and shut it down for safety.

He then took his time to see whether my unit was covered under warranty. The unit came with the house, so we had no idea if it was covered. I really appreciated Tim's honesty in the matter as it wouldn't have been hard to get us to go straight into buying a new water heater. Tim gave us all the info we would need to call about the warranty and charged us the normal service fee. In case we weren't able to get warranty service, he left us a very fair quote (my brother-in-law is a plumber but lives too far away to help out) on a replacement water heater.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the unit services due to issues with the previous owner, so I called Keeley's again to move forward with the new water heater. Now keep in mind, it had been about 4 days since the water heater broke down. Tim was very accommodating and squeezed me in so I could have the new unit installed the same week.

And the job wasn't an easy one as my water heater is in a sub-basement and that you get to through a hatch. It also didn't help that the previous owner had the old one installed halfway rigged up. Tim didn't have a problem with it at all though and put the new water heater in and new copper piping so it was up to code. He even got the job done earlier than he estimated!

It's been about a month since I've gotten the new water heater and no problems at all. Great service all around and I'd easily recommend Keeley's Plumbing to anyone without reservation.

literally called me as soon as I pressed send on my quote request at 10pm. Talked me through the issue for about 20 minutes on the phone and then showed up first thing in the morning to fix a broken ejector pump. Pricing was fair too.

I work with vendors every day at my job and I know all of the horror stories of having someone show up late, not show up at all, or doing a terrible job. Working with Keeleys was nothing like that! It was quick easy and even informative!

I went to my moms one day and heard the toilet running and the tank almost empty. I called Keeleys and I was able to send him pictures and videos of the issue when flushing and he even listened on the phone! He knew exactly what the problem was before he even got to her house. I wasn't there when he came to fix it but my mom said he was super quick and very polite!

Flash forward to a new house for myself and come home to a non flushing toilet. Great. Who do you think I called? Not the poopbusters. Keeleys!
He was able to stop by and the problem was SO simple-- it was clogged from some workers we had here. Hey- new homeownership is scary stressful and confusing. We've since invested in a plunger and are keeping Keeleys number handy.

I called Keeley's to get a quote on replacing my garbage disposal and fixing a leak under my sink. It was nice to have an actual person answer the phone. He was able to give me a rough quote over the phone and scheduled a time to come look at it. He did the work very quickly and professionally. The final price was very close to the phone quote. Everything that differed he stopped and explained why there was a price difference and if he wanted me to do that piece of the work. He was awesome I will definitely use him again.

Tim is awesome what more needs to be said? I called him at 6:30 AM with a leaky pipe and he was at my house as soon as I let him know the City was coming to shut off the water. Took a nerve wracking situation and handled it professionally. Very friendly and straightforward and had everything needed for the repair with him. Quoted me a price on the phone and stuck with it. Even brought 'inside shoes' because he thought his boots were too dirty (they weren't but much appreciated). Will definitely have him back for future repairs. Highly recommended!!!

Nicor shut our gas off do to a leak. Nicor refused to go down into our dirt crawl to pinpoint the leak and said we had to call a plumber. We looked up 3 plumbers in the area. The first never returned the call, the second refused to go in the dirt crawl and flat out quoted ridiculously high without even looking. Tim Keeley responded to us quickly and said he'd be out within the hour for a free estimate.

Tim arrived quickly and without hesitation went into the crawl. With a lot of aggravation and issues from Nicor he found the problem, fixed it and didn't oversell.

We will have no hesitation calling Keeley Plumbing when needed. We highly recommend.

I have been impressed from his professional demeanor, quick responses, on time arrival, honest assessment, and to help us make this more cost effective he volunteered some discount promotions, we didn't know were available, thus saving us additional money on the overall repair costs.

Plumbers tend to be one of the most dreaded repairs for our household. Keeley's Plumbing made me happily surprised.
Pre-appointment: He responded very quickly to our request for a quote. After reviewing some pictures he gave a very reasonable and fair market quote.
He was available to complete the job within an acceptable time frame. We didn't have an immediate emergency (however it's darn inconvenient to turn on and off your kitchen water valve whenever you need to use kitchen sink) and some of his competitors were 2 weeks out.

On-site: He arrived within the agreed upon time frame and he called after evaluating his first appointment of the day with a more specific arrival time. On arrival he was genial, professional, and reassessed the situation.
He discovered something that would have been a much bigger problem under the dishwasher. This could have resulted in cabinet and hard wood floor damage had he not thought to check there.
In addition to the under dishwasher catch, he was very knowledgeable regarding the quality of products currently in the market place. Due to his knowledge he was able to fix versus replace one of the bathroom faucets. We had the new faucet on hand, and a previous eval advised us it was not fixable. Had this individual not been honest then we would not have known it was a fairly simple adjustment.
Then when everything was said and done he cleaned up after himself. No dust, grime, or trace that he replaced 3 joints under the sink, dishwasher connections, the main kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet, and the plumbing mess was gone. Well done!!!!
