Keeley's Plumbing is a reliable and honest company. They were recommended to us by a contractor, and I am so grateful for all they have done to fix our sewage problems.

We purchased a house that did not have a back flow valve preventing sewage from coming into the house through a Basement bathroom when the Lombard sewer lines fill up. Tim and his crew worked diligently to help us rectify this situation. They installed an injector pit and pump along with appropriate pipes for our new basement bathroom.

They have helped with additional surprises that have come along with owning our new home.

I would highly recommend Keeley's to anyone looking for an honest plumbing crew.

I needed to have a gas line installed to service a newly installed gas cooktop (switched from electric to gas). Tim from Keeley's arrived at my house well within the time window he provided. He provided a reasonable estimate for the work (I did get other quotes) and was able to squeeze my job into his schedule within the same week. The Keeley team arrived to perform the work again within the time window they provided. They were respectful of my house taking care to protect my floors and cabinets. They were efficient and completed the work in the time they had estimated. All in all their work was excellent.

Tim is FANTASTIC!! I had an emergency plumbing situation (the buildings sewage line backed up into my bathroom...vomit!!!!!) at 11:30 at night. I called at least 15 plumbers who said they were emergency plumbers and available 24/7 but not one answered or returned my phone call. Tim called me back and talked with me for a bit before coming over since he said he wasn't sure if he could help and he didn't want to charge me for doing nothing. He did come over and worked incredibly hard to figure out what was happening. The village came and they worked to check everything outside. The overflow stopped, so he said he would come back in the morning to rod and check the pipe with a camera. He had stayed until around 2:30-3 am.
At 8, Kyle came over and began the process. Tim came over as well and they eventually figured out the problem. He talked with the association property manager to deal with all the issues going on.
I appreciate Tim so much for his help and hard work. He is definitely my ""go to"" plumber from now on and recommend he be yours as well!

I called on Saturday of a 3 day weekend. And was able to have someone here on Tuesday (non-emergency).
Tim called to give me a more exact time for his arrival, still within the allotted window of time. I appreciated that extra consideration.

Honest, timely and clean.

We needed our toilet replaced and didn't have time to do it ourselves. We called Keeley's (based on their good yelp reviews) and were given a quote over the phone with the understanding it might change if there was something strange that needed to happen.

They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. The price was as quoted - no hassles. They did great work. We will absolutely use them again.

Highly recommend! I am so pleased with Tim's service. He is very knowledgeable, quick, clean, and competitively priced.

We have an old house, with very old plumbing. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking, so we called Good Guys Plumbing and after making us wait at home an entire day while they kept pushing back our appointment, they sent a guy who took 4 hours (including 2 trips to the hardware store), tracked mud all throughout the house, left the bathroom in complete disarray, and handed us a huge bill. Not to mention, we had the work inspected and it is not done to code.

Needless to say, when our other bathroom had the same problem, we didn't call the same plumber. We called Tim and are so thankful we did!

Tim did the exact same job in an hour, correctly, less expensive, no mess, and arrived on time. He left the bathroom spotless because he took the time to lay down blankets and then cleaned up after himself.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Call Tim first and save yourself the headache.

My experience with Tim was great! Unfortunately for me, my clogged bathtub was a bigger issue than I had initially thought. Tim explained to me what was going on, and all possible options to fix it. Scheduling a time was easy and now my tub is like new! He was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Our water heater gas value shut down. I tried restarting with instructions from the manufacturer. When that failed, they indicated that it needed to be replaced. I called Keeley Plumbing to come out and install a new water heater. They arrived the next business day, and examined the current water heater. They tried the instructions, for some time without success. They called the manufacturer and got different instructions, and the water heater started. I was prepared to pay for a new water heater. Tim was persistent on getting the current one going, and did the job. He is a great, honest, reliable plumber. I call him again any time we did a plumber's service.
