Never received the quote to replace my ac unit. Salesman came out August 2. After not receiving it August 13, I followed up. I was told it would be emailed to my husband -- nothing received. I called yesterday, and was told it would be emailed -- nothing received. When I called today, I was told the quote had not been entered in the system and another salesman would have to come out to look at the system to give me a quote. Why wasn't I told that when I called Monday?!

DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Saturday. Saturday comes no one showed up. Receptionist called said the tech was backed up with a job. We would be first on Sunday. Sunday comes , receptionist calls again at 5:22pm and says that someone is still scheduled to come out. Now it's 8pm, no one has showed up. No one has called. I've been waiting two days now for someone to show up. Company couldn't provide a window for service because the company has no idea if and when a tech will be available. I don't normally leave reviews, but if this saves someone waiting in Louisiana heat it is worth it. I WARN YOU AGAIN: DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY!!!!

Had to get B Powered Electric to come out and check my generator since they installed it. Come to find out Keefe's employees shut the gas off to the generator. It was a separate valve they they did not have to touch! Makes me wonder since they also do generator installation also was this done to get a service call? Keefe's is also supposed to do plumbing so they should have known the valve that was turned off had nothing to do with the has feeding the house. Had to pay $100 for BPowered to turn on a valve and bleed the air out of the line.

Keefe's gave us the highest estimate for changing out my home ac system. I had several companies come out and bid on changing out the ac system. I called Keefe's back to see if they could give me a better price but they said no. I had been a customer of Keefe's for years. I already had received prices on the same units that they were quoting me on which were a lot lower than their awfully high quote.

Costs to advertise the business must be added into their ac work estimates.

Do your due diligence before using them for anything!!!

After waiting all day for a scheduled service call I was notified that the technician got tied up and they needed to cancel. I asked to reschedule and be the first appointment of the day. I would have to wait two weeks but I was fine with that. The day of the rescheduled appointment I called to say that I was home, but cutting the grass, if I didn't answer the phone it would be fine to just go ahead and send the technician. I was told ""no""! Their policy is that if you don't answer the phone they will cancel the appointment. Which wouldn't have been an issue if they had scheduled me for the first appointment like asked, but they didn't do that either. Fast forward, the technician comes out and finds that the thermostat is not working. He wants to sell me their cheapest thermostat thermostat which is $452.00. I looked online and found the exact thermostat at Lowe's for $48.00. So now I am saying no to them. After several calls I have succeeded in cancelling my contract. I will find an ac company that is fair, honest, and has good customer service. Keefe's sold 70% of the company and no longer cares about customer service.

unfortunately we choose Keefes because the previous owners had them . BIG MISTAKE
They are rude and as long as you have a new unit aren't interested in making you feel confident in their work. Had a new unit put in 2019 and have had issues every summer.
So we're done with them . Please don't waste your time and energy with this company . They aren't worth it. Only put 1 star because it was required but they don't deserve it

Excellent customer service from the appointment setup to the tech (Chris) that came to service my unit. Super informational through every step. Felt very involved through the process. They will definitely be my next call if needed.

We have used Keefe's for our family homes & businesses. They are always on top of it as soon as we call with an issue.....Issues that have nothing to do with their service, but service from past companies.
Everyone that has come out has been professional and knowledgeable

This place has got to do better. Paid a premium thinking it was a well known and reputable company. Its been almost one year and well over 17K and service still sucks. Unit works but service and timeliness leave much to be desired!

Wish someone would have told me something different....

When you are in the middle of summer and your air conditioning has died and you are ready to kill your fellow cohabitants due to being out of your mind hot, you want to call someone who knows how to fix the ac. That's when you have to call Keefe's.

We have been using Keefe's for as long as I can remember and they are always friendly, quick and know exactly how to solve whatever air conditioner problem that you may have. On more than one occasion, they have come to the house past 7 o'clock at night in order to take a look at things. Also, they don't overcharge you. If it's a small repair that has to be done, they charge a small price. They are extremely fair and efficient.
