I purchased the unit from Keith about two years ago paid $15,000 for it still doesn't work right 90° outside it's 75° in the house and now they put a lock on my valvestems and now I can't get anybody to service me because it's locked when I called them they rudely told me I need to do it myself plus they wanted to charge me $88 service call to take off what they put on

These guys do an excellent and thorough job but are knock down pricey. Moving into NOLA we were unaware of the price difference between Arizona, New Mexico, and Louisiana so the inflated prices here were stunning.

We went with Keefe's because Briggs and Stratton was so good. Lies. It's never worked. Since we had it. It needed repairs that worked for a minute and then it quit. In the middle of a major hurricane. I'm not paying this amount of money for a sketchy generator.
