Sergio literally came out in under a few hours to help with an emergency backup at our house.
He solved the problem quickly and inexpensively and even offered a four month warranty. I would give him six stars if I could!! Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Sergio is the Man... I had an emergency and he came at midnight to find the problem and to tell us we had a slab leak... He was very honest and gave me 3 different options to fix this issue. All 3 of his bids where very reasonable. Poor guy was sweating working all hours going above and beyond... I will definitely recommend

Sergio to the rescue once again, fast and prompt, fixed my backed up toilet and bathtub, yuck, with his mask on. Great service as always. He is always quick to respond and come out to fix the the problem. I feel like he is fair and not trying tying to up charge me because I'm a woman, I'm pretty well informed for a woman, I'm a homeowner , so I know the drill, he is really honest. That's why I keep calling him for my plumbing needs, you should call him too. He is the best and he shows up when he says he will, that is extremely important, bathrooms are really important. Seriously try him for your plumbing issues.

I was referred to Kecko plumbers by a neighbor. I have a large avocado tree in my yard and the roots found their way into my clay main sewer drain line from 1954. Sergio and his guys came out and replaced a large section of the clay pipe with ABS and made all necessary connections above ground. Their work was fast and very well done. The price was more than fair and I did secure three different bids before choosing Kecko Plumbers. I will be using Kecko again for any of my plumbing needs for my home or rental properties! I needed a plumber and didn't trust Yelp since Yelp is sometimes wrong. I asked around and got a referral for Sergio.

I called him and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time and completed the job with no issues. A couple of months later I needed a plumber again and called Sergio. Again, reliable and gets the job done with no supervision. I tell him my problem, he gives me options, he fixes my problem and that's it. Easy.

I've used Sergio on several occasions from small items like bath knobs to sprinkler valve replacement to bigger (huge) items like slab leaks.

Kecko plumbers was recommended by Home Depot(actually got 3 recommendations, Sergio e-mailed me first). I started to replace my water heater and I had a hard time soldering a brass connection so I had Sergio finish the job. Had to go to work and didn't have enough time to finish. Glad I had him finish the job he went above and beyond what I would've done and finished the job quickly.He installed a drip pan and earthquake straps and his price was reasonable, definitely would call him again if I need any more plumbing work done at my house and recommend him to every home owner I know. Sergio the owner/ plumber is no salesman!! He helped us snake the clogged backed up bathtub -didn't work and almost gave up. He then located a joint at the kitchen pipe (which worked as a clean out!!). We don't seem to have a clean out since it's an older house built in 1960s. Tried to disconnect the kitchen pipe and snaking it did unclogged the bathtub and kitchen sink. The previous home warranty plumber snaked the drain and made the clog even worse. He advised us to install a clean out which would costs thousands or to hammer the cast iron tub to located the main line. But Sergio is great. He unclogged the drain. Didn't have us spend money and do something that would not work. A little tip for you next time to ask him snake the whole way though the main line to the city line. He also gave us a 10 day guarantee in case t goes wrong again.
