I just called this gentleman with an emergency water heater is steaming and basement flooded and I'm scared to death I'm a single lady and he flat out said no can't get to me today and hung up on me .this is awful and I hope this review tells what type of man he is ....

Dave Keck is a miracle worker. We have dealt with various issues over the years, and every single time, Dave has gone above and beyond to take care of us. He has stayed late, showed up early, and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. One of the issues we had ended up being unrelated to plumbing, but Dave still checked up on us days later to make sure everything turned out okay... nobody but Dave would do that! He communicates clearly to ensure you understand the problem - I have learned a lot about plumbing and homeownership from him! - and his pricing is fair and honest. Anytime I call, he is quick to respond and shows the utmost concern. We are so lucky to have Keck Plumbing on our side!

Our sewer went bad and i had several plumbers turn me down because it was. A crawl space and it was needing dug up. I called david and they jumped right on it. He gave me a estimate half what others did and i had him fix my issue with his machine its been i think 4 years and ive had no issues. I highly recommend his services. No mess and very professional thanks.
