We've used Keating since we moved to Arvada 12 years ago. Bill and Mark have been nothing but helpful, professional, and honest. I have complete faith in what they tell me, and they have handled every situation I've given them over the years quickly and successfully. They have even come out and told me ""there's nothing I need to do right now"" and not charged me the trip charge even though I was fully expecting, and willing, to pay it. Keating has also given me recommendations when a job doesn't fit in their space, like sprinkler or sewer work, and their recommendations have always been solid.

ONLY a 5 star rating because there isn't a higher one! I have used Keating for plumbing work for several years. They have CONSISTENTLY been quick to respond, reasonable charges, and NEVER attempt to up sell or offer unnecessary work.....[which hasn't been my experience with OTHER plumbers!!!] EACH visit [I live in a very old house] has been a pleasant surprise as the work is efficiently completed, excellent customer service, and INTEGRITY! Bill and Mark worked on several plumbing issues including hot and cold water heater valves, an external faucet and an internal ball sprinkler valve. All done with professional quality. They wore masks and left a clean workspace. Our water supply has never worked better! Thank you!

I needed to have my nearly 70 year old home repiped. After looking around, all reviews pointed to Keating Pipeworks.
However, I was disappointed with my experience.
-Bill lacked clear and direct communciation, omitting facts that would have altered a decision I made, i.e. I asked for no holes in my wall, and he agreed, but neglected to tell me until halfway through the job I would have abandoned valves in my home.
-My repiped hot water heater looks unprofessional...see picture.
He was messy... he left muddy footprints in my house, in bathtub, and after exiting the crawlspace left the patio a mess as well.
Considering I paid $3600.00...a huge sum to me I felt I made a mistake hiring Keating Pipeworks.
I gave them two stars instead of one, because I now have a functioning main water shutoff easily accessible in my kitchen, and he removed a salt container for a defunct water softening system.

You really can't go wrong. After trying 3 other plumbers and getting the ""run around"", I called Keating Pipeworks and got Bill on the phone. He took my information, came to our house, looked over what needed to be done and gave us a good, honest quote. We contracted Bill to do the job, he came, did the work - no muss, no fuss, the job was done, on time, as promised. I'm very happy with the result and would recommend Keating Plumbing to anyone.

These guys are the best. I have been calling on them for years and finally decided it was time to write up a review after my last two interactions. A month ago right before my house was going live on multi-list to sell my kitchen drain was clogged Mark came out and figured out through some testing that yes the drain was clogged but that was because my garbage disposal was broken. Fixed and ready to show! Then I had another leak in my guest bathroom found through inspection and once again Mark used his diagnostic skills and figured out the problem in 5 minutes and fixed the leak in less than 45 minutes. They are my plumbers for life! Thanks Mark and Bill!!!!!
