Julia F.I called on the 4th of July and left a message, not realizing that the phone number I was calling was Mr. Keagy's mobile phone and not the office phone. I called again the next day and he was trying to organize the calls he had gotten in order to get to all of his customers without wasted driving . My problem was a leak under the bathroom sink - turned out to be old valves. Mr. Keagy took pictures and gave me a pretty fair quote. They arrived within 2-3 hours of my call, had all of the parts needed to make the repair and completed the work within an hour. In addition, he stayed to answer some questions I had about making my bathroom accessible. Very satisfied with the work, professionalism and timeliness.
