Franklin is terrific!! I called him late on a Thursday night and he came out on Friday morning to check out the issue. The problem thankfully wasn't as bad as I thought and he came back to fix everything that night and stayed until 11pm to finish up the work. I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He's quick to respond and his costs are very reasonable. I encourage everyone to check out Franklin for your plumbing needs!

Kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced, supplied one myself and they supplied other. First appointment was canceled due to a earlier appointment was taking more time than they expected. I did have to call to reschedule but they promptly showed for the next appointment. Professional and friendly! I apologize for not getting their names.
