Wow, this guy is a real piece of work. What an amazing reply to my original review. Certainly shows he either has no idea what he's talking about or is just a pathological liar. Probably the latter. He did not fix anything the day he came out. All he did was say that he didn't think the low toilet pressure was an issue. He did not fix anything on our shower the day he was there, nor any time since then. We did NOT have a working shower. Hence why he was there to begin with! The handle of the shower had literally detached from the shower and was unable to go back in. There was no way to turn the shower on. What kind of con artist plumber thinks that a shower without a handle -- and with no other way to turn the shower on -- is a working shower?! Hence, why I said in my original review thank goodness it wasn't a toilet, because it would be terrible not to have a working toilet for two months! The shower was never fixed before we moved out at the end of August. If he never went back to fix it (as suggested by his reply), then the property manager hired a different plumber to fix it -- probably because this guy is completely incompetent. He definitely doesn't ""continue to do frequent work at the complex."" It's a condo complex, not an apartment complex, and the property manager who hired him originally does not have any other units there. I doubt this guy does any sort of ""frequent"" work, considering his most recent review before mine -- also a 1-star review, unsurprisingly -- was an entire year prior. This guy is a joke. Again, steer clear from this lying con artist.

Kea has been doing my work for a very long time and every time has been very good at diagnosis of the problem and not over charging for things that don't need to be done. There attitude of the guys every time was very respectful. I would recommend.

Very dirty professional plumbers
They said the job would take 3 days, we are day 7 and the job is not completed, caused damages to the house and tracked fecal matter and dirt inside the house and did not wear masks in July 2020 on month 4 of the global pandemic. I was left with a nonfunctioning toilet and when i asked they to come back they said it is normal for the water to be brown and they didn't do anything to the toilet.
I would not recommended these plumbers to anyone

Had them come out and look at my bathtub and bathroom sink before moving into a place, just to get everything up to snuff. Louis came over the next day early morning and got everything done quick and easy. He explained how to keep my drains good and just was overall super friendly guy. He even wiped up and little mess he made after coming (most people don't). Would recommend the company if other employees are like Louis.

So, when you don't have a toilet to use in your house do you rush to hire a plumber ? The answer is no, wait for the best plumber. We were without toilets for days, but we waited for Kea Plumbing. Lewis and Jessie know their stuff. Roots had infested our pipes. They jack hammered, cleaned out the roots and unmentionables, poured concrete, and had us back in business in one day. They are courteous, hard working, knowledgeable (should have been mentioned first) and the key word of the day HONEST. An honest plumber is THE only plumber you should hire. Also, they charged 21% below their estimate. Way to go !! I would highly recommend.

TWO THUMBS WAY UP!! I was referred to Chris / Kea Plumbing by a retired plumber that we trust. I had been told by other plumbing companies that in order to replace our old broken bathtub handles, they would have to cut into the wall, costing thousands of dollars. Kea Plumbing came within a week and took care of everything, and no necessity to cut into the wall. It cost much less than our other estimates, and took less than half a day. It must be the New Zealand in depth training he received ;-) Regardless, we will be referring Kea Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest, helpful, friendly and most of all competent plumbing company - the best!
