Had them come out and look at my bathtub and bathroom sink before moving into a place, just to get everything up to snuff. Louis came over the next day early morning and got everything done quick and easy. He explained how to keep my drains good and just was overall super friendly guy. He even wiped up and little mess he made after coming (most people don't). Would recommend the company if other employees are like Louis.

So, when you don't have a toilet to use in your house do you rush to hire a plumber ? The answer is no, wait for the best plumber. We were without toilets for days, but we waited for Kea Plumbing. Lewis and Jessie know their stuff. Roots had infested our pipes. They jack hammered, cleaned out the roots and unmentionables, poured concrete, and had us back in business in one day. They are courteous, hard working, knowledgeable (should have been mentioned first) and the key word of the day HONEST. An honest plumber is THE only plumber you should hire. Also, they charged 21% below their estimate. Way to go !! I would highly recommend.

TWO THUMBS WAY UP!! I was referred to Chris / Kea Plumbing by a retired plumber that we trust. I had been told by other plumbing companies that in order to replace our old broken bathtub handles, they would have to cut into the wall, costing thousands of dollars. Kea Plumbing came within a week and took care of everything, and no necessity to cut into the wall. It cost much less than our other estimates, and took less than half a day. It must be the New Zealand in depth training he received ;-) Regardless, we will be referring Kea Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest, helpful, friendly and most of all competent plumbing company - the best!

Chris responded within one hour, and after a couple of text messages he offered to come out right away to give a specific bid. The price was right so he offered to do the work right then. One and a half hours later, we had our replacement water heater installed. Very clean work. It helped that I had pre-purchased the replacement water heater and we were ready to start.
