Dana K.The driver of this truck cut me off, forcing me into oncoming traffic. I honked, and he waved. How sweet. He then ran a red light. Not just red, VERY red. You shouldn't drive like an arrogant jerk when you're in a company vehicle.
I wouldn't recommend this company based on how they treat other humans.
This company came out repair my sewage vent at the curb of a property that was damaged by another contractor. They were great havent had an issue with my sewer since. A couple of months later, the water company and my plumbers were unable to reach the valve to turn the water back on in the house. Luckily their foreman had pictures of the water companys valve box that was incased in concrete. So it was a water company issue.
This company repaired my sewage vent at the curb of a property. Once they were done, the water company and my plumbers were unable to reach the valve to turn the water back on in the house. Once I let the company know this information they began to duck my calls And tell me they'll call me back. I am still trying to get in touch with the company, but I have decided to contact my lawyer instead and have them handle it. This seems to have been a small thing that could've been taken care of easily, but the company Does not seem to take accountability for their shotty work.
Ricardo G.Initial work with company was good...which is why I will give them two stars. The contractor employees that do the work are good hard working people. Issue stems from lack of accountability in dealing with township inspections. Had some issues due to instal not being to code. You would expect accountability here...it's what we pay for. That's when the problems arose. First time I chalked it up my providing the equipment (gas boiler). Second time they provided equipment and I still got a lot of pushback when township caught items not done to code. Luckily, the properties they worked on have been sold and I no longer reside in the state. I feel terrible for the new owners since this company will likely not honor the work they did should any issues arise. It's all about poor customer service and lack of accountability. This is no way about the hard working employees who came out and did the work. Sometimes it takes two tries to get it right. I had another contractor I know fix the issues. Oh well.
I called the company to get a hot water heater replaced, they sent over to young man, it was no problem when they got here they looked down the basement and saw what was there to be replaced, and then all of a sudden the young man that was in charge turned around and gave me a very hard time about having to bring in the hot water heater. I've had the hot water heater replaced before, never has there been a problem with Area and space to be able to get the hot water heater into the basement. My house is fairly new and all of the doors are plenty big enough and the hallways and steps are wide. He told me he was going to put down some pads on the ground to make sure there will be no damage taking the old Hot water heater out. I had no problem with them going ahead with the job and then he went out and talk to his Manager came back in the house and told me that they are not going to do the job. And I kept asking him why, he didn't really have a good explanation, but just turned around to me saying that they're afraid of bringing in the hot water heater and doing some damage to the walls, I am a mechanical engineer, but I'm not 100% family disabled veteran, there is absolutely no problem for them to bring in the new hot water heater and go down my basement steps and install it. All they have to do is be careful, just like they would be in anybody's house. Then he turned around said we're not doing it and walked out the door, I got a little upset and raise my voice to ask him why because there's plenty of room. He gave me no answer, then I found out later that he told his boss that I threatened to sue him. That never happened. This is the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me, for someone coming to your house to do work. I do not know what this Workmans problem really was. So I'd have to let everybody know that this is how they treat their customers. I asked to talk to the manager, I got no reply, no phone calls. I called back and asked to talk to whoever is above the manager, all I got was them hanging up the phone on me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This company charged $257 to change a toilet stopper (currently $8.05 at Home Depot). The receipt has no description for the parts and labor.
That means this company spent $8.05 on a stopper and charged $249.45 to install it!!!!!
Scott W.Have utilized the services of this fine establishment and community leader for a few decades, always prompt & professional, highly recommend. Their diverse and experienced staff has always had the industry insight to diagnosis and deliver an above average product outcome. Price may be a problem for some, but quality comes at a cheaper cost than the stresses and duress of an improper install!
Same day service for plumbing issues!! Very professional and knowledgeable! Very thorough and reasonably priced!! Would definitely hire again!!
I cannot say enough about this company. I have used them for my running toilets and a collapsed sewer line inside my home and a repair to my oil heater. They are very prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing and vac company.
I would never call Seifert plumbing back again. I only needed my faucet removed in tub and have the clamps put on so water wouldn't go all over house, and it took the guy from 10 in morning til 4 in afternoon to do this and charged us an outrageous amount. My husband called office, they won't adjust the bill, so, we paid for plumber to stand outside to have cigarette breaks! The company is a rip off, charge amounts that should not be charged and when leaving a message on my phone, was RUDE! I will never use them again! I have another plumber coming out. Oh, and used my brand new towel to put in bath tub and that's after he got tub dirty, thanks! If he needs knee pads, company should supply them or go out and buy some, don't use customers new towels!! I really don't know how they stay in business!!
