I was having major clogging problems with my toilets, to the point that one caused some serious water damage to my home. I called KDP to correct the problem. They were quick to respond. They determined the problem wasn't caused by my plumbing, but rather by poorly designed toilets that were installed when my house by the builder. They replaced my toilets with some no-clog toilets (you can flush a tennis ball down them). I haven't had a problem since. Their prices are reasonable too.

After working with so many contractors who are unreliable, do sub-standard work, and are terrible running the business side of things, KDP is a breath of fresh air.
