Called KCS when my under mount sink disconnected from countertop. Wasn't urgent but spoke with them on Sat and received a fair quote to fix so I scheduled appointment first thing Monday. Technician showed up on time and did a great job fixing the issue expeditiously. Definitely recommend and will certainly use again for other plumbing issues.

Sent out a project proposal through Yelp, and got 5-6 bids. It was a straightforward issue with the shower and I knew what the problem was.
I decided to go with Kamilo because he was able to tell me how much his labor would be, and had availability. Others simply did not provide rates or wanted to come first for an estimate. Or asked for a photo and then did not respond.
Kamilo gave me a couple of slots, arrived on time, got replacement parts and returned right away to get the job done. No additional costs (except for the replacement), quick and professional service.
What made his service exceptional though was after the repair. I had a question about a rusted hose for my dishwasher, and he discovered a leak and offered to replace and fix that immediately. Thanks to his quick response I avoided a potential disaster of a burst hose in the kitchen.
His work is guaranteed for a year, and I have confidence that if something should go wrong during that time, he would be equally responsive.

Highly recommend KCS. We contacted them yesterday because our kitchen sink was clogged and draining very slowly. They sent a COI to our building management right away and then they came the next morning. Kamilo arrived on time and was friendly and professional and very respectful of our home. He unclogged our sink and pinned up a pipe that was sending water into our dishwasher, which had also been filling with water at the bottom. Kamilo told us we could let him know if there were any more issues after he left. Sink and dishwasher are working great now and the cost was very very reasonable. Would definitely use them again if we have another problem with our plumbing!
