I called them to schedule a quote to re-pipe my house. First they no call/no showed on me; then he showed up an hour early when rescheduled for the next day. That was four days ago; and I still haven't received their quote.

So you know, my water heater still hasn't been fixed yet..it's been a week without so far...but I'm so blazing mad at this company. Supposedly their tech Jesse will be here for the third time to install a part I had to get and for the third time be over 3 hours late. Since this is a Sunday I'm being treated like they're doing me a favor although I've cancelled plans with visiting friends twice. I fully expect a heater that still doesn't works and I'm in more than over $300 in labor (my parts were under warranty and ordered by me).
If anyone here can recommend a reliable, really good plumber please let me know.

I was in need of service ASAP. Went online and found KC's at 730 in the morning. The lovely ladies on the phone were very sweet and helpful and by 10a Kyle was at the door analyzed and in 5min found out what the problem was. Kyle was very friendly and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions with knowledge and made me feel like family. Being a first time home owner and not knowing who to turn to I'm glad i found KC's. The price point is also excellent coming from someone who is on a budget and I now have great plumbing service I can count on if ever I need it. These guys are amazing! Tina, Nicole & Isaac thank you for the impeccable service! My previous management company allowed my property to be overtaken by squatters. I found a lot of water damage and had no idea of its origin. Isaac spent 2.5 hours checking my property for leaks. They didn't even charge me!!!! I highly recommend Kc's and will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

I would really like to give them more than 2 stars, but unfortunately they have a complete failure to follow through with their promises. Let's start at the beginning:

1) Leaky valve in our shower. KC's came out, diagnosed the problem, said they had to order the part. We asked them to tackle a couple other small problems on the spot, which they fixed. They billed us (without giving us a bid!!) for the repair work, and the product to be used in the shower. When they left, we were told ""this is already paid for. When the part comes in, we'll come back and put t in.""

2) A full week passes, and I call them, asking where we are on the part. I was informed that the technician was on the schedule to be at our house that very afternoon! (No confirming phone call or scheduling appointment.). We scrambled, and had someone at the house for the repair.

3) They replaced the original valve from 1) above. When replaced, they charged us an additional $400 for a part and labor that we were told was ALREADY paid for.

4) For 3 months, we have been promised a return of the ""excess"" charge. We have yet to see any refund. We have contacted them almost weekly to remedy this, and they ""promise"" to pay us back.

Be sure to get a bid from them PRIOR to allowing them to work for you! Their technicians failed to provide us a bid. I really want to like the company, but being charged twice for a 15 minute fix is just...ridiculous.

Biggest scam artist I know wanted to charge on a warranty call to do a diagnostic under something that was 1 day old. Was given there name and number by the manufacturer at which they could have charged them for the call. Avoid these people at all cost.

Our faucet broke first thing this morning, before coffee! Called KC's and the technician was out within 20 minutes. He gave us some recommendations and options of what to do. We chose to fix the old faucet. They gave us a one year warranty, fixed the problem and they were on their way. Great service at a reasonable value!

They have the best customer service, they are skillful technicians, professional clean and helpful. They explain the best cost effective approach repairs. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the valley.

If you want a Plummer to actually show up, I highly recommend calling someone else. This company is absolutely the worst. Their management in non existent. Seriously they screwed us twice and have gone multiple days without hot water because they promised to show up and they never did. If you use this company good luck. Seriously they suck. Bad.
