As with most service companies, no ones perfect. This company is awesome. Our tech guy, ""Kevin"" was personable, energetic and well trained. Yeah, ?we had a couple of time issues but we were kept informed all along the way, and even got a little discount because of the inconvenience?. What I hate most about so many other service companies? is that they sometimes just show up late with no phone calls. Communication is everything.

Had a new water heater installed wasn't getting hot enough called KC'S for warranty the guy came in in his own personal car no tools 10 minutes of his time said it was the shower head need to get replaced charged me 90 dollars service call had the valve replaced same issue replaced water heater fixed problem bunches off scam will NEVER call them again

We have had 2 interactions with KC's. Both times it was outstanding. The technicians, Casey Nelson and Jesse Carillo, were great. They came on time, knew what they were doing, and didn't leave any mess. KC""s is our go to plumbing from now on.

Seriously look elsewhere for a plumber. Called up and spoke to Bruce about strapping in a low boy hot water heater under my kitchen counter for code. Discussed the project thoroughly , and he gave me an estimate of between $149-189. When Isacc, the technician arrived he informed my realtor that the cost would be $393!!! He told me the additional cost was for moving and replacing the heater. It must not have been to difficult because he was in and out in under one hour. I complained to him and he said that he was so quick and good at what he did, that it doesn't take him very long. Why then the exorbitant cost? Any other plumbers you know make $400 an hour? Well, he says it's not me it's what the boss charges. He said he would send an invoice by email. He has not done that. Messages to KC plumbing have gone unanswered. I filed a complaint with American Express for misrepresentation of estimate and will be filing a complaint the contractor's board. A major ripoff and Isacc does not even appear to be licensed with contractors board.

Pilot light kept going out in my water heater, service guy said I should get a new Unit....Asked how much it would cost...$1390! for a 40 gal basic model....After registering what he was saying, I nearly fainted. I have never heard of a basic water heater costing even near that amount. After saying no (hell no), I called TnT Water Heaters, that a friend recommended (Their # 1-951-892-5785), and got a brand new 40 gal A/O unit (that is sold by Home Depot) for $620 total, including professional install...

A good company. I found the schedulers, technicians, and owner to be helpful, very knowledgeable and very concerned with doing a good job and satisfying the customer.
They were completely different from another plumber I had used earlier. I used KC's for a
""big job' replacing gas pipes - something you definitely want done right. Mikey, their tech, had a great attitude. He worked really hard to get my pipes replaced correctly and the gas restored to my home as quickly as possible. I also really appreciated the foot protectors so dirt would not be tracked into the house.

Can hardly explain how impressed I was by KC's. The scheduling was quick and painless. I needed something immediate and they were there to deliver. Mikey was my technician and he performed well over expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and comprehensive in triaging the situation. I was having an issue with my hot water heater not working. When he finally completed his exhaustive evaluation, he let me know that it was actually electric-related and not plumbing-related. He provided a referral and even checked in several days later to ensure that my water heater was working after the electrician repair. I would recommend this company to anyone - ask for Mikey!

Water heater wasn't working. Mikey came over later than expected but waived all charges when only the circut breakers needed to be turned off and in. KC is our go-to plumbing when we're in PS.
