Very Professional , Honest and reliable. They fixed a major problem in a reasonable amount of time. I know many other companies that are Rip-Off artists and just try to upsell the job and get more money out of you. Keith and his workers are the BEST !!

KCM Plumbing, they always amaze us with their wonderful service. If you are thinking of using this company for your plumbing issues don't wait!
Every time we call them they arrive in ""super fast"" time.
This company KNOWS THEIR STUFF.
Frank was our tech today who quickly repaired our water valve to get us back in shape. Thank you Frank & his assistant, we appreciated it.

The workers were wonderful, unfortunately they work for Keith! They kept stalling with a written estimate, we agreed verbally and in the end they did not give us what we wanted and were hoping to pay for. Keith was short tempered, rude and arrogant. In the end, he gave us some of the money back, but it wasn't about the cost, it was about what we wanted! Never again! Find someone else and save yourself the headache!!!

This company is the worst plumbing company you can deal with in Staten Island , they don't do the job right, very rude worker and customer service plus they cheat on the cost.

These people are not honest one of their vans crashed my car while parked and when I sent them the video they did not report it to their insurance company then gave me the run around and treated me like I did something wrong, the receptionist is nasty and has serious bad attitude. I would never hire them for my business due to this dishonesty.

After National Grid issued the "" TAG "" I called all a bunch of places and each one quoted me a wide range as far as six thousand for my Task 87. Some would not even quote over the phone. I reached out to Keith and his price was the best. Their response time was within hours but great considering I called earlier that morning. ( I am in Brooklyn and they are on SI )

Unfortunately the quote went up due to the extra work that had to be done. To be 100% fair, I did not send pictures of the my gas pipes, so I expected as much. They explained everything to me and gave me the option to not do the work if I so choose. Rather than risk failing the next inspection I gave the go ahead. They did not use any trade specific jargons and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Keith / Mike / Jeremy fixed my issue in about four to five hours time.
National Grid did a re-inspection and pass with flying colours. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hard work. The work space was tight as a small closet, but everything worked out because of their due diligence.

Service so bad it encouraged me to create a yelp account. They left stickers all over our basement so I called them when our bathtub faucet broke. It took a while for them to get back to me (I was calling for 4 days) but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it's winter and I figured they were busy with boiler emergencies. Eventually a plumber named Mike came over and was extremely nice. Problem is, he broke something in our bathtub faucet which we didn't discover until later that night. I have been calling for over two weeks now to get someone to come and fix the problem that they caused, and they won't return my calls. They have an answering service which either does not pass on the calls or they just don't care. I finally got through to someone named Diane who seemed to care...she scheduled an appointment for three days later, between 9 and noon. I waited until 12:30 before calling...eventually someone got back to me, was extremely rude, offered idiotic excuses, and then set another time to come by...and never showed up. In the meantime I found out why they put stickers in our basement - they were there to replace another apartment's boiler and they installed the wrong one - not the one the apartment owner requested and paid for, but the one that they had one hand...it's the wrong size and has created multiple problems and violations which the building was fined for and which we had to pay someone else to fix.

Their plumbers might be nice, but the owner Keith is the worst, completely unprofessional, rude, and clearly does not care about taking care of people - even those who have been repeat customers. I wouldn't ask trust him to turn off a valve if I was drowning. Avoid at all costs.

Mark & Marvin (or Martin, not 100% sure) were absolute angels! They were patient when my leasing office sent them wrong info multiple times, came back 4 times in 1 day to make sure everything was perfect to keep me warm. Thanks so much again!!!!

The rating is low due to my first experience during the job. I would whole hardly recommend the ""finish installers"".

KCM plumbing was hired by my builder to do the Plumbing install job.
As per plans I was to keep my washer, dryer, and slop sink. Unfortunately, my home had been left to the elements and the washer and dryer were destroyed. The current builder stated that the pipes were in bad shape also. So the pipes in the basement were replaced but not the washer, dryer, and slop sink.
An inspection was called and the inspector noted that the washer and dryer were removed from the basement. (I've maintained my wanting the appliances and sink.)

I called the DOB which stated, because there was an amendment and inspection. There needs to be a permit pulled and another inspection. (More cost $200.00 pls plan amendments)
KCM retuned my phone call about a week later. I was informed by my builder the DOB was wrong? The ""laundry"" room is on the plans so it's ok to put back.
IN ADDITION:the plumbers installed my sink, and toilets on un-grouted tiles. This work makes me question the whole job.
I also observed couple KCM employees being disgruntled, observed an employee smoking a cig and then walking onto the property to retrieve a bucket for water. In addition my handicap toilet and sink fittings were installed too close to each other.

Inspections that were self certified passed. We failed an inspection for Pressure Testing. Then the next two inspection for the same pressure test. We finally passed with a letter that I would be installing appliances later.
Kevin the owner is a bit gruff. Nice humanitarian.. He took my old appliances and was rehabbing them to give away. And we all know the DOB can be a pain. In the end I got my inspections passed. About 45 days.. Which is about the same time a friend's Plumbing inspection took.

Shout out to the fantastic job some of Kevins employees did. They were fantastic. I wish I had gotten there names. Supper guys. They discussed and planned there course of action tougher and listened to each other. Great teams and cooperation. These guys were the Water pipe installers for the washer and dryer in the basement, Then another set of washing machine/ dryer Installers on first floor, Oven and stove top installers.. were First rate. There was this older man, very thin, smoker that was great with adjusting the pipes in the bathroom..
