This person sent someone out to give us an estimate I waited for it never got one. When I text him on it he said he would do it for a certain amount and said he would resend the estimate didn't get it so I text him again the next day. Had someone else call me and they had no idea what I was talking about. Said he would talk to I quess the owner our manager and get back with me. No call back. So I text again asking for the estimate. They then told me that they didn't want to do it because it had been sitting to long. So I called the original person back and he said he would send the estimate. Next thing I know I get a text from him saying he wouldn't do the job because it had been sitting to long. This place cant seem to keep things straight long enough to even get a quote to someone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Now I am at square one with water damage in my basement and it has been over a week. Thanks for nothing KC Water Damage I thought this is what your company did.

this guy answered the phone saying whats up.. what u want.. why are you calling me and so on terrible services since the beginning.. wow how ppl like that have a business and give that answer.. then he call me back and was mad because i hung up..

We had a minor flood coming from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs kitchen, pouring through the light fixture. Patrick from KC Water Damage came out and inspected the damage and was very honest with us about our options. He didn't push any services on us and just provided us the information we needed and told us what he could do to help. He went above and beyond in helping us with drying the area, and came back to check in on it the next week. KC Water Damage should be the first call you make if you have any flooding issues!

I called a few weeks ago to schedule a rug clean for a condo move out. I called to confirm the 3pm appointment the day before and was told they would be there. No one showed up, no one called to explain why a no show, and no one returned my calls to find out where they were. Extremely disappointed!!
