I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to John at KC plumbing! A friend of mine (who can be very picky) recommended him after my water heater kept getting less and less hot. She had gotten a repair done by him last summer and said he had done an awesome job. She always has the best recommendations so I knew he had to be great! He EXCEEDED my expectations! He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Seems like he could fix anything! If you're looking for an experienced plumber to help you out, look no further! Thanks again John! You're the best!

Absolutely happy with them! I needed help getting my bath tub drain unclogged. It's been clogged for a long time. I received a few different quotes and even though they weren't the cheapest, they were very friendly and scheduled me in for the time I wanted. Their plumber was really kind and made sure to be careful of everything in my place. Before leaving, I told the service rep that I wanted to use them regardless of price. He was really appreciative and I could tell that he really cared.
My bath tub drain works perfectly like it was never even clogged before. I would highly recommend them.

Some of the nicest guys I've ever worked with! When my garbage disposal got clogged up I asked some people over social media if they had any good recommendations for plumbers. These guys stood out to me because a friend of mine said they have amazing service as well as prices!

When I called they were friendly and made sure to book my appointment as early as possible for me. Their tech was a different guy than the one I talked to on the phone but he was also just as nice. Great service and happy techs who work here. I highly recommend using them!

Awesome guys!! They got me in right away. I have a brand new water heater. A different company wanted to charge me double what they were going to! Their tech was pleasant,very professional and went out of his way to be friendly. They are reasonable in their pricing and they work around your schedule. Make sure to give them a call!

SO THANKFUL FOR THEM! I literally ran out of hot water mid shower and it was awful. I thought it was kind of short but just figured I'd taken too long of a shower. An hour later I tried to turn my hot water back on and all I got was cold water still. I knew something was wrong so searched for someone through Yelp. They came out just a few hours after calling and repaired my hot water with NO PROBLEM! I'm super happy with them and couldn't of asked for better OR faster service

KC Plumbing is a very reliable service! I have long been struggling with my bathroom pipe system. Leakage, blocked, rusty pipes, hot and cold water problems, you name it I had it. Its a relatively old apartment so I have went through many professionals to fix the issues but nobody was really able to handle it except for surface solutions.
But then I found KC Plumbing and met Jon, a very approachable, attentive man, who said he can fix it. Of course I was skeptical at first, many have said that before, but he REALLY did fix it. Jon was very thorough and detail oriented. Today I can shower and flush my toilet without any worries.
I highly recommend KC Plumbing and their services!

Amazing service and prices. Recently my water heater went out at the most inconvenient time. After getting several quotes from other companies, KC Plumbing was able to provide the better price and ultimately the best service. The service tech Chris, did an amazing job, he was prompt for the scheduled time and quickly resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I came home two weeks ago and noticed something terribly wrong when I turned on the sink. I went outside to the water heater closet and to my horror I saw a mini flood around the water heater. I turned off the water and noticed that the tank itself had split at a seam and knew that it was time to get a new unit. Being somewhat of a do it your-selfer, the following morning, I headed to the big orange hardware warehouse nearby and went into shock when I saw that none of the 10 or so heaters they had there matched the size of my old water heater and closet. I asked how much they would charge to install a unit compatible with the dimensions and was floored by their price which was quoted as STARTING at $1,200. I figured if I would spend that much I might as well call an experienced plumber.
I was fortunate enough to find KC Plumbers and after browsing some of the reviews decided to give them a call. Right away I was greeted by a friendly, empathetic and professional voice. I was told not to worry and that someone would come out to see me that very same day. Charles was outstanding! He thoroughly explained to me that due to building code, he would need to make a few adjustments to my existing closet and vent but that he could install a unit in the available space. He actually gave me two options and I decided to go with the slightly more expensive upfront approach but knowing that in the long run my energy savings would be many times more than my investment. Charles got to work and in little over an hour after the new water heater arrived, he had completed his expert installation. My total spending was still LESS than Home Depot's starting price. These guys are worth every penny and I would highly recommend KC to anyone in need of an honest and dependable plumber!
