This is my first ever Yelp review, and it is so much nicer to be writing with total satisfaction about every interaction with KC H. Services than delivering some sort of complaint or criticism.

Beginning with Virginia Usmany over the phone, then starting with Travis Wakefield at my home to assess and deliver a nicely itemized quote, and ultimately working with Jonathan Avalos and Connor Hutman over the course of their 2 days replacing my propane gas line and clearing the severe blockage in my sewer system, the experience from start to finish could not have gone better for me (unless they wanted to work pro-bono; ok only kidding; they really earned their keep). One thing that surprised and amazed me given the two very different kinds of issues I had (conventional plumbing/drainage and the other critical propane system issues) was the same two guys (Jonathan and Connor) handled both issues like each was their specialty. No need to hand off to some different crew.

This entire crew is a really great team. They are each knowledgeable, professional, polite, and very hard working. (I don't think Jonathan and Connor ever even took a break the entire time they were here fixing my issues.) They had complete open access to my entire home and early on I knew I could totally trust them. At first I wasn't sure whether to trust Yelp which is how I found them because when do you pretty much only find 5 star reviews for any company; but there were so many I knew that KC could not have ghost written them all. And now I know from my own experience the reviews are both legit and deserved. We have owned our home for 25 years so I've had numerous companies do work here. No company has ever communicated as well and as often as KC. They showed up on time early and left late, worked hard and totally cleaned up everything when they were done.

Amerigas came out yesterday to inspect their work, test for leaks and then turn my red-tagged propane back on. Their guy commented that he really liked what he saw of their work. So we are again able to cook, shower, and see our drains behaving like they should. I thank each one of you and would happily be a reference for you anytime. Warmest regards. Pete from Bodega Bay.

Brooks was very professional and friendly. He solved my AC problem on the first visit when another company told me the whole thing needed to be replaced. I was extremely impressed with the KC company from my first (and only) phone call to the completion of the work. I will definitely call them again in the future and encourage others to do the same!

We have called KC Home Services out for a number of issues on our house. First of all, Virginia, who takes the calls, is fabulous! She could not be nicer or more helpful and went out of her way to calm me down in a stressful situation. We have dealt with almost all the guys, who are equally as nice, helpful, knowledgable, polite and courteous. I truthfully do now have enough nice things to say about everyone I have come into contact with at this business. And above all, they know what they're doing and do it swiftly and efficiently and the price point was just where it should be. No surprises there. Huge kudos to everyone at KC Home Services!

Water Heater stopped working and I called KC Home Services early in the morning, before they were open. Virginia communicated with me as she was arriving to work and was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to schedule a tech to come out at the time that I had requested, after I was home from work the same day! Brooks came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. It was so quick that he waived the service fee and was on his merry way! I did not expect this. Brooks has always been professional, courteous and friendly. Both Virginia and Brooks are huge assets to this company, and I will be recommending KC to anyone I know who needs home services. GREAT customer service and follow up. THANK YOU!!!

I can't say enough about the superior customer service that I received from KC Home Services!!!! Our heater turned out to be defective as determined by several people we had out from different companies. One even charged us $98 to tell us it needed to be replaced which we already knew. Said they would send us a proposal which they NEVER did. The other company came out and we discovered that the company I had called retired and sold their good will to someone else. Didn't find that out till I asked for a business card and it was different that who I had called. Virginia from KC Home Services called me and we visited for quite a while. She listened to my tale of woe. Made some suggestions. They really don't install wall heaters much any more. I really said I wanted the best customer service NOT the cheapest price. She said she would talk to her boss. Ultimately she sent Brooks out in a couple days and he looked the situation over and gave me a proposal. I accepted. Marvin came out several days later and did the install. What a nice person he is and answered my many question. Morgan, his supervisor, also stopped by and introduced himself. I can't say more about their customer service! If I could give Virginia, Marvin, and Morgan as KC Home Services 10 starts I would!!!

Absolute bandits! Quote included installation of under counter water filter for $1,325 plus a $759 (!!!) fixture. Quote said system was R.O. which it was not - no electricity, very straight forward. Unit took me a couple of hours to install mostly because the existing hole for the dedicated faucet was too large for the provided faucet - a real plumber could have done it in one hour, no exaggeration. New gas water heater $3,574 - $1,674 more than I ended up paying. The kicker was estimate to repair slow draining bath tub and lever that is used when filling tub - $1,538. Next time the tub filled with water I took a plunger to it and out popped a steel mesh insert - no more slow drain and less than $2 for an old school drain plug! Note: all of this took place several months ago - it took me a while to get around to this review.
