I had a leaking kitchen faucet a few months ago, and found KC on Yelp. Don came out to install a new faucet set, and while he was here he took care of a leaking toilet - all with a smile and helpful attitude. Last week the new faucet set began to leak, and I called Virginia in KC's office, who patiently discussed and then scheduled our repair. Finn and Mike came to install the replacement faucet, both so pleasant and efficient, wearing masks and booties, explaining every step of the way. And because they had supplied and installed the failed faucet, there was no charge. I'm glad I found KC Home Services.

I am very happy with our service from K C Home Services today. My AC went out yesterday and I was able to get an appointment for today. Brooks showed up a little early for the appointment. The communication with the office via email and text was actually the best I've ever had with a home repair service. Today, the city finally came for round 2 to do its inspection and everything was signed off. The inspector only had one word when she arrived, nice was all she said.

Well, I have to tell you that this is a quality work performed by the technician Don. He is not only passionate, professional but very patient. He answered any questions I had during the installation and allowed me to video his instruction (so that I could not forget what he told me). Don is such a valuable asset to K C Homes and from now on, if I have any plumbing problems, he will be the one I call. If he ever leaves KC Homes, I will need to find him and get his service only.

We paid what you get for the product and services. At the end of the day, this is a good project and I am happy to share these beautiful pictures for everyone to see the premium work they did.

This company is amazing! My garbage disposal stopped working at my rental property. I called K C Home Services, as I have used them in the past. They were able to work with my tenant over the phone to resolve the issue without even sending out a repairman. I would recommend this company to anyone and I look forward to using them in the future.

Our AC stopped working suddenly on a hot day. I reached out to KC and worked with Virginia, who was so sweet and beyond helpful. She managed to get us an appointment the next day, and when she heard I was pregnant she did everything she could to get us seen earlier in the day and to make sure I was comfortable in the meantime, even going so far as to ask if we needed to borrow a fan or anything in the meantime :) Talk about amazing service!

On the day of the appointment, I got a text message letting me know Brooks was on his way. The text included a photo of him as well, which I thought was a nice feature. Brooks was friendly and efficient. He got our unit working quickly and gave us some different options to choose from in terms of doing the immediate fix or that plus some preventative maintenance to hopefully keep our unit running well for longer. Also just a really nice guy and easy to chat with.

KC was a pleasure to work and I will 100% call them again the next time we have a need!
