I had K C Home Services come out to give me a quote on 10/11/21 to move a washer & dryer from inside the house to put in the garage. I had two more quotes from other companies the following two days. One company I wouldn't let near my house (very unprofessional / didn't come across as knowledgeable or capable). Second company was over $1500 more expensive and even I know a washing machine has to drain to a 2"" pipe and he assured me the 1 1/2"" was fine. At any rate - I went with K C. Nick - who was the same guy to come out and give me a quote - was able to come out the following Wednesday and did a great job. We still need to wait for the electrician but, that was already part of the quote. He was respectful of all surroundings, cleaned up after the job was done, polite and I had total confidence in his ability to do the job which involved a gas line to run the dryer. If you're in doubt, THIS is a great company to go through.

I was replacing the old refrigerator with the new one, noticed the valve in the back of it was jammed need it to be replaced KC home services sent the nice, friendly, Don Pan,, who was able to answer all my questions, he nicely , respectfully explained the work process. he was fast and honest technician.

Our toilet had a leak on the bottom (wax seal) and another bathroom had a broken faucet handle. KC home services came the next day and sent me a text when the technician was on his way. Nick started the job, was courteous, clean and all was fixed in a few hours. I would highly recommend them.

From my initial interaction, this company excelled in their response time, reasonable quote and ability to fix something at short notice with no mess, no clean up and all delivered with transparency and the utmost courtesy. Employee Nick was exemplary in all respects. He arrived on time for work, duly masked and quietly proceeded to fix our water heater and service it, replacing parts that were needed and running everything by me for approval. We had an out of town emergency where it was imperative we had an A/C unit supply line repaired. When installing the ventilation necessary in Novato, our saw cut a Freon line that was installed to close to the sheathing. It was our responsibility to take care of this ASAP but it is not in our trade of Roofing. Virginia from KC Home Services helped us quickly and efficiently and even gave us a discount in the end. Our customer is happy and we have fulfilled our responsibility. Her Tech, Brian was efficient, polite to us and our customer. It is so appreciated and I would recommend KC to anyone.
