This is an update to my earlier review. After the drywall repairs were done, we decided to hire Kevin to install our flooring, reinstall the closet & bathroom doors and install a new toilet & vanity. The job was completed as promised. Needless to say, and based on another 5 star rating, we were very pleased with the final results. We can now move back into our bedroom! We cannot thank Kevin enough for his dedication to the job and most of all, his promptness and character. We felt like we were in good hands all the way. I highly recommend his service!

KC home repairs and construction was an excellent contractor. He asked many questions to get an idea of what I wanted. There were a few things and decisions he helped guide me through. I wanted a bedroom with no existing door frame or door to have a door added on. I also had two exterior lights I wanted changed. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked a long day to accomplish the majority of the work. He arrived on time the very next day, as well. His price was reasonable and fair. I would like to state that I told him I could finish up the baseboard and painting to save some money. The job is complete on the door per our agreement if you see the pictures. He impressed my family and I with his consideration and work ethic. I will hire KC Home Repairs and Construction again.

Originally we had a leaking toilet seal and some horrible roots growing from an unknown source, (pipe) at the time. We called a plumbing service that worked on my mother's house in the past regarding a similar problem with sewer clean out issues. After the problem of roots growing thru a broken pipe under the concrete foundation in the master bathroom, we were faced with a decision and the probability of a major bathroom reconstruction possibility. After some financial arrangements, we decided to go ahead and demo the entire master bathroom and start fresh after the plumbing problem was corrected. We were introduced to Kevin from the plumbing company and he then began working very closely with all the big changes and the arrangements of remodeling our future master bathroom. Kevin was very considerate and patient in the process of designing and visualizing the layout and configuration of the floor plans and space we had to work with. He created space by removing a doorway and creating an entirely new bi folding doorway entrance to a much wider and spacious bathroom vanity and shower section. In the end our expectations were exceeded to the extreme. We are beyond happy with the final result and how meticulous and detailed the work Kevin has put into our bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Kevin for any of our future house remodeling and improvement projects, and I will gladly refer all my family and friends his business in the near future!!! He did an Amazing job, thank you Kevin.
