They contracted for RePipe Specialists of Tampa Bay at our home on April 30, 2024. In one day they destroyed the following: 1. Drilled through two 110-volt PVC conduits under our refrigerator. Repair cost $450.00 by Brian Hindman Electric. 2. They drilled through the drain line in the master bathroom, they repaired that with 5 and 1/2 hours getting to the drain line with a concrete chisel and a hand-held sledgehammer. They left us with a destroyed bathroom cabinet back wall and a large hole that has never been repaired. 3. They installed PEX A pipe in my wife's medicine cabinet cavity, we now have had to order two mirrored surface-mount cabinets to cover the cavity with pipe installed in the cavity. 4. When in an attempt to install a spigot on the outside wall of the master bathroom, the hole was too large for the PEX 2 pipe to fill. They installed the cheap spigot and I had to repair the void with foam backer rod and polymer concrete textured patching material.5. The concrete/tiled floor under the refrigerator was destroyed, and remains with a cavity filled with dirt, I have to hire a concrete contractor to install concrete, level the floor and close this large void under our refrigerator. 6. Their drywall repairs to patch walls where they cut out drywall leaves the walls with an obvious attempt to close the holes; the repairs are not textured and will require re-texturing with """"knockdown"""" and we will have to repaint the entire interior of our home. The value of the RePipe: the total cost of the project $10, 538.00. Electrical repair: $450,00, 2 new bathroom cabinets to surface mount over the cavity they ran PEX 2 piipe, $350.00. Fill the void under the refrigerator ????, repair the large hole in my bathroom cabinet, ????? This project's total cost will be above $12,500.00. This was our worst experience in 54 years of marriage. BEWARE! RePipe Specialists of Tampa Bay does not back-up their customers, they side with their plumber. TOTAL CATASTROPHE!

Had a terrible experience with KBR Plumbing. Do not use this company. They do not answer the phone when you call their office and do not return voicemails. We went over 2 weeks without hot water because of their incompetence. This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company after our hot water heater died and needed to be replaced. After the claim was filed with warranty, KBR was quick to come to my home and diagnose the issue but said I would need to pay extra charges of $399 for pipe modification that would not be covered by home warranty. This is crap and just a way for them to pocket extra cash from the customer. On top of the """"extra charges"""", getting the plumber to come back and install the new water heater was a nightmare. Phone call after phone call to the office and no response. Finally after more than 2 weeks with no hot water (including Thanksgiving), the plumber arrived and installed the water heater. He did a decent job and was quick but had the nerve to say that we got serviced quickly compared to other customers that are waiting more than a month for service. In my opinion that is absolutely unacceptable when you have plumbing issues at home. Thanks to KBR I am cancelling my home warranty, so that next time I have an issue, I get to choose a plumber that actually cares about customer service. Btw, KBR Plumbing never provided me with an itemized receipt for those extra changes. Plumber told me to call the office but I did not bother. They don't answer the phone anyway.

Plumber was here less than 5 minutes and told us the water heater was still under warranty from Rheem. He told me to call them because the wires inside the water heater melted. I used a home warranty company however this company lied to them so they did not have to fix anything. Rheem looked at the pictures and said it was a defective water heater and that KBR Plumbing lied to the warranty company. Very unprofessional, they screwed me out of 75 dollars for less than 5 minutes of work for something I already told them before they even looked at the issue. This company are crooks and thieves. They should have their license removed and the plumber fired for incompetency. The warranty company said they should have removed it and let us take it back to where it was bought and replaced and then KBR should have come back out and installed it based on our warranty with our house. People need to know this company will screw you as much as they can. Update 8 days later still no water heater, however the company has lied more than once to the insurance company. They charged me 400 dollars extra, and trying to get an invoice with details of what I paid. Unfortunately I did not pick this company or I would never have used them due to constant problems with communication and outright fabrication on information.

This company came to our house 3 times for the same leaking toilet. My wife went out and caught the guy leaving and told him the toilet was still leaking. We had 2 emails from them saying they would fix, but then they refused to come back out. WARNING DO NOT USE KBR
