Woke up one morning to no hot water. Never having an issue with the water heater before and not familiar with repair, I called Kbeck and was added to their schedule for that same day. In the meantime I watched a YouTube video on relighting the pilot light and to my luck it lit right up. I waited a couple of hours and checked the water temp and still no hot water. Leave it to the professionals. Kbeck arrived at the appointment time and had to replace the pilot assembly.
Plus they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.

I like the people and their work. The communication was easy and their explainations understandable. Trustworthy. I recommend. Three toilets installed. Very happy. Neighbors had rooter service performed by them. They were very happy as well. Everything perfect.

What a relief! Tom was not only efficient and accommodating when it came to scheduling, but he explained exactly what the problem was with our blocked pipes in layman's terms, which is always appreciated if you aren't an expert. And I can't forget to mention how fast the work was! Thank you Kbeck plumbing!

I'm going to overlook the initial awkward telephone call because this company was referred to me by someone I trust. I was dealing with a tricky drainage problem which two other plumbing/drain companies failed to diagnose correctly and fix. Mr Hoan Tang, of Kbeck was assigned to my order, so thankful. He thoughtfully listened to my explanation, and thoughtfully diagnosed the entire sequence of events leading up to the current problem. When he left a couple of hours later, the pesky problem was fixed!! I rate customer service very highly when I'm working with a company. I'll be keeping Mr. Tang and KBeck's business card handy.

Regrettably leaving a negative review. Not due to the quality of work but for the inability to keep an appointment. The first time after scheduling a 9 am appt only to get a call just before 9 am saying there was ""no one"" to do the work and asked to reschedule. Rescheduled the following week only to get a call 1.5 before the appointment only to say they would be 1/2 hour late then only to no-show. Called again asking for status on arrival was asked if I wanted to reschedule.

May do good work but can't say. Maybe you'll get lucky and they show up.

I have gutted and remodeled three homes, wish I had been able to have K Beck Plumbing then. Probably the best contractors I have every worked with.
I called K Beck after two different plumbing contractors had given me quotes of $2000 plus for a clogged toilet line and they never even went under the house to take a look at the where the pipes ran.
K Beck came out and Juan immediately went under the house and emerged 20 minutes later with a complete professional drawing of ALL the pipes under the house not just the ones from the toilet...all and this is a 7,000 square foot home.
Long story longer they fixed the problem for $400 and explained in detail why this toilet was backing up periodically. Even when my husband insisted on a camera in the lines to see if roots were a problem they patiently explained that the camera was a waste of money.
Nice, thorough and honest. Couldn't ask for more.

I can't believe no one has reviewed these guys. They are really wonderful. We have used them about three times. They repaired a leak near our front faucet, cleared a long time clog from a standpipe in our laundry, and fixed a leak under one of our toilets. They are prompt, professional and very courteous. They even take the time to educate you about your plumbing issues. They are also very reasonably priced.
