Our water heater began leaking and we called a few different companies for quotes. Natasha was the receptionist with KB plumbing and was very friendly and promptly sent Arnie out within 30 min of our call. Arnie gave us a realistic estimate to replace our broken tank with a tankless water heater, per our request. He answered all of my questions and was patient, friendly and knowledgeable of his trade! The estimate came at no cost, but we immediately called Natasha back and scheduled service for the next morning. Arnie was punctual, professional and did a great job! If you're a resident in the north county I would highly recommend Arnie & KB plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

When trying to sell my house, an inspection found some old polybutylene pipes running in the attic, even though the house was re-piped with copper. Repair requests required a license plumber to come verify the copper pipes so I called KB Plumbing who sent Arnie over for an inspection. He spent about 30 minutes around the house, in the attic and cutting through drywall to find the copper pipes and write up the confirmation report I needed. When he was done, he shook my hand and refused payment, saying it was all part of the 'free inspection'.

Thank you so much for helping me in my situation with the leaking water tank on Jan. 28, 2020. I asked 5 different Plumbers for quotes and all different! Some did not want to help because the Rheem tank was still under warranty. They did not want to bother taking the tank to Home Depot for exchange for a new one. You were great and did an excellent job at a fair price. We we're lucky that we were in and out of Home Depot with new tank and materials in about 15 minutes. My daughter had a leak under the sink that was detected Friday evening. I called on Saturday morning and talked to Natasha. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She set up an appointment for 10 am.
Chuey was very punctual and located the leak. He was able to stop the leak and replace the bad angle stops along with removing the instant hot water heater under the sink.
Chuey was very proficient and an excellent representative for his company.
I will use this company again when the need arises.

KB Plumbing & Remodeling has come through again!!!

I am selling my condo in San Marcos, CA and we had to get some plumbing work done. Chuy came to the rescue again and took care of what we thought was mold issue in the water heater room. Also, fixed the shower diverter in the spare bathroom. Natasha provided pictures to show that the job was completed and also provided military discount.
