My daughter had a leak under the sink that was detected Friday evening. I called on Saturday morning and talked to Natasha. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She set up an appointment for 10 am.
Chuey was very punctual and located the leak. He was able to stop the leak and replace the bad angle stops along with removing the instant hot water heater under the sink.
Chuey was very proficient and an excellent representative for his company.
I will use this company again when the need arises.

KB Plumbing & Remodeling has come through again!!!

I am selling my condo in San Marcos, CA and we had to get some plumbing work done. Chuy came to the rescue again and took care of what we thought was mold issue in the water heater room. Also, fixed the shower diverter in the spare bathroom. Natasha provided pictures to show that the job was completed and also provided military discount.

I'm a project manager for a mortgage company and I got to say, I've ran across a lot of plumbing companies but this company in particular is one out of two who have outshined and outperformed in the work they were assigned to take care of. I want to say that most of the pleasure I've had having this company was working with Arnie. He guided me through the process of what needed to take place and was very honest with what needed to be done, being cost efficient and presenting the best option. His team repiped all May sewage lines, replaced my regulator. Connected my lines back to the city main line, repiped all my gas lines and gave me a good deal for a copper line repiped and honestly, the time frame it took to accomplish it was outstanding. They overachieved and I look forward to having them work with me on my nexts projects! Definitely the ones to hire if you're on a tight budget and looking for a great plumbing team.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak and needed replacement. We got 4 quotes for the replacement and KB was $1000 less than the next cheapest qoute!

They also did a tremendous job on the replacement also including some repair of some additional rusty pipes outside the heater itself.

Called KB plumbing Saturday morning because we had a leak in brand new piping that we had unfortunately trusted our neighbor to install. We had a wonderful experience with Arnie. He was very nice, knowledgeable, honest and did extremely clean work. We plan to have him back to re plumb other areas. If you call KB plumbing ask for Arnie!

KB Plumbing is the best! My kitchen faucet started to leak on Friday afternoon. After several calls, I realized that it may not get fixed until the weekend (extra cost) or Monday (extra days). Then I found KB Plumbing! Natasha answered the phone (no message machine)! She was very pleasant and helpful and was able to schedule us between 5:00-6:00 that night with no extra hour charges. Arnie came promptly, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us a very fair estimate for the work (no service charge!) He said he would come Saturday morning and install a new faucet (which we were able to buy before he came) without extra weekend charges. He came on time Saturday morning and installed the faucet. The work was completed with minimal inconvenience! It looks great and we have a working kitchen again. KB Plumbing is my plumbing company from now on! They are reliable, honest, and very competent. I had my water heater replaced! The Plumber, Arnie ensured that the heater worked and up to code. And even gave me pointers on the use of my new water heater. The old heater was hauled away by them as well. Arnie was very professional, prompt, and ensured the install was to my satisfaction! And I was! KB Plumbing was amazing! I called at 7:45am and quickly hung up not realizing how early it was but Natasha called me right back and set up an appointment for that day. They initially set up a later time but called me back when they were able to see me earlier.

Arnie came to my house and fixed the problem in under 2 minutes. He refused any payment or tip because of how easy it was to fix. I cannot recommend this company enough and will always use them for future issues. Thank you!
