Amazing service! We called and they had us send pictures and have us an estimate right away. Chewie came out in a mask and was so friendly. He even took the time to get the faucet to the washer working again (it was stuck in the on position). I'm so grateful for the service and kindness. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

I had a pipe leak in the ceiling of my garage the other day and had a very reliable plumbing company, Vets 4 You Plumbing, Heating, and Air, at my house to fix the issue. As I'm talking to my plumber about my options a KB Plumbing van drives by and screams out the window, ""HEY, DO YOU NEED A PLUMBER?"" Personally, I found this to be classless and childish and I wouldn't want someone representing my company doing things like this. I already recommend Vets 4 You to anyone I talk to but now I will make sure to tell people to NOT use KB Plumbing. It's the little things you do that make a difference.

I had a 75 gallon water heater go out the other day late in the afternoon around 4pm, water running all through my garage. I turned off the valve to stop the running water, then went to Yelp to find a contractor to assist. I ended up calling KB Plumbing, and I am so glad I did!

Natasha received my phone call and was very helpful in getting a technician same evening. Oscar came out within about an hour, made a quick assessment, provided a VERY competitive quote and we scheduled the work for the next morning.

Oscar and his assistant did a great job, while being very friendly and professional, and even helping me out with an additional plumbing issue with no extra charge. If that's not going the extra mile, I don't know what is!! They will have a customer for years to come. Thanks!

From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with KB Plumbing. Our water heater gave out so we were in a rush to get it fixed ASAP. The customer service was amazing as well as the technician that came out, all very respectful and knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced and were even able to come out the same day which was an added plus. We will definitely be using their services in the future, couldn't be more pleased.

Plumber Ernie replaced our water heater. He provided a fair quote as I compared it to others, did great work, with a great attitude. Natasha, his manager, fit us in to the day's schedule so we didn't have to go through a 4th night of cold water showers. Wonderful people!

Just moved into a new house and had a modestly large job (root intrusion). I got a few estimates. KB wasn't the low or the high bid. But they seemed like the best option. With the work completed a couple of days ago, I couldn't be more impressed. Arrived on time. Told me what the work was going to look like. And did it. Great experience. We will use them for any future needs.
