Worst service ever!! I had someone come out for clogged pipe by washing machine. They basically did nothing but spray water all over my basement and charge me $160. Said I would need to contact owner to get esti on what needed to be done and $160 would go to repairs. Owner Dane out on Monday but left no estimate. Said he'd call. Never called. I called Friday. Still no return call. Waited another week still no call. Called again 2 days ago. STILL no return call. How do places like this even stay in business????

I called Ken after another plumber wanted to dig my yard and charge me $6000 for a clogged drain. Ken had his crew out the next day and my clogged was cleaned within 15 minutes. He is honest, affordable, and most importantly KNOWS HIS ISH! Thanks KB! You are now my plumber for life and I'll be referring you to everyone I know!
