We are a family of 4 and we are renting our home. All the outlets in our bathrooms stopped working completely. The homeowner contact Kayvon Plumbers & Electricians. Within 2 hrs., electrician Junior showed up and he not only fixed all of our outlets, but at the homeowners request, he went out (in the pouring rain, no less) purchased and replaced 2 smoke detectors, 2 carbon monoxide detectors, fixed our doorbell at MY request (which hasn't worked since we moved in 2 yrs ago!) and did it all with a positive, friendly, professional attitude! He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the work he did before he left. I HIGHLY recommend Kayvon Plumbers & Electricians! Thank you Erick!

After contacting several electric contractors, I chose Kayvon Plumbers to install recessed lights throughout our home, based on their professionalism, ease of communication, and high ratings across all online review sites. The lights were installed last week, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did the crew use only high quality products, but they also did a great job of covering the floors, household items, etc., and consistently wearing masks and maintaining a safe distance while on-site. Kayvon Plumbers & Electricians came out to do a total install on my kitchen faucet after I replaced my counter and sink. They hooked up my dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. After two days of no water, they came out the same evening to do the job and were a life savor in getting everything done quickly. They were very friendly, reasonably priced (including a free estimate) and very professional! I would totally recommend them and plan to continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs!

First time calling plumber, they were very accommodating and polite over the phone and even more-so in person with Adrian as my technician who came out to help. I thought it would take a brand new garbage disposal or some other overhaul to make our sink work, but no! Adrian fixed it like Mcgyver and had us in our way with a fully functioning sink again

Power went out to half our home overnight. Left a message before 8 am, and Mena called first thing, noted one of their electricians were at another job three blocks away, and they were at my house 15 minutes later. While the plumber that installed my new shower unit did a good job (though we had to call again to get him to add the silver ring over the white calking) the billing and cost for the job were very suspicious. They say the name of the company is Kayvon Plumbers but billing goes through Five Star Best Plumbing. Try looking them up- difficult to find. The people in the office gave me a run around as I asked why there were two names. They told me that the deposit was $59 but showed up on my credit card as $120. I was told the deposit was refunded if I booked the job. I did, but it now shows up on my credit card, even though I paid the bill with a second LARGE payment based on the completion of the job. The work is good, The shower works. But I feel like I paid too much and feel stupid for letting myself get ripped off. I was rattled, the broken shower needed to be fixed quickly and it is difficult getting things fixed now. I would warn you that this company feels like it over charges with hidden fees, confusing promises, ridiculous one dollar charges to join some kind of members group that supposedly gives you a discount. Then you get the bill. I was stressed, signed it, paid and got my shower fixed. But I feel like I paid too much money. Do your diligence, look further and find a company that seems reputable.

The lights in my bathroom kept flickering, to be honest it was kind of scary. Good thing my neighbor next-door had a great electrician that he recommended. When I gave this team a call it was so pleasant talking to them over the phone, from start to finish it was a breeze very thankful, that I went with this electrician business. I had a small home repair job, and they responded quickly with a very reasonable quote.  My building management needed a LOT of paperwork, and Mo was responsive and provided everything they needed.  Garrett showed up at the scheduled time, fixed the problem quickly and even explained to me what he was doing when i expressed an interest.  Highly recommend these guys!
