Needed a new line for our kitchen sink. Called as this company came highly recommended. Nice gentleman answered the phone. Within an hour, Ronnie showed up and everything was replaced and fixed. Ronnie is a very nice, professional person.

Grateful for the quick service and no price gauging. Nice when one local company, Mark from D&D, highly recommends another local company.

I'm really glad we called Kayton Plumbing! My bathroom sink had been clogged up for a while and it had gotten to a really bad point where water was sitting in the sink for minutes after brushing my teeth. I started noticing bugs coming up thru my sink! We called Kayton Plumbing at around 10am. They came out the same afternoon and charged a surprisingly low price. The plumber was very nice and friendly and did a great job. Kayton is very easy to work with. I'll use them again anytime I have an issue.

This plumbing company was used by the contractor that was redoing my kitchen. They basically took out certain appliances during the remodel. the appliance I am going to speak of is a dishwasher that was fairly new ( bought within last 6 months ) and was working great. Once they reinstalled this dishwasher I was told I needed a new one because it leaks. Now this is funny because it didn't leak before it was removed and reinstalled. After going back and forth with the contractor I went and bought a new one ( he said he would cover the cost which is a whole other mess in itself) . I left the new dishwasher in the box because I wanted to look at the leak for myself. After inspecting all the connections I found where the leak was coming from. This plumbing company basically cross threaded the fitting and tried putting a ton of goop all over it to "" stop the leak"" . I took the fittings apart and removed all the goop and threaded it back on THE CORRECT WAY and wow look at that NOOOOO leak. This wasn't a big deal for me as I fix stuff all the time but if this was done to a person that was not able to fix things themselves it would have cost them hundreds of dollars if not more to have this fixed or removed and replaced. This was something that should have been done right the first time in my opinion. Now I had the time it took to order the new dishwasher, the time it took to go pick it up and then the time it took to load it back up and return it and get a refund. It annoys me these days that company's will do sloppy work with no attention to detail and still charge an arm and a leg. If you do decide to use this company make sure you check everything and hold them accountable if necessary, or you might have to pay more for something you didn't need .

Recently took over my mom's house as she passed away unexpectedly. The house had some serious plumbing issues. Called Kayton but they were busy thru the week. Called another company and the other company was able to fix the issue but I was not happy with their resolution.

James from Kayton Plumbing called me the next week and he was at my mom's house later that day. I don't live in Merced so I had to coordinate to make sure someone would be there. James was so professional, answered all my questions both on the phone and via text. Gave an immediate quote, explained the bigger issues, and what needed to be done. The quote was right in line with what plumbers suggested back at my home in So. CA. James and his crew completed the work in 1 week. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the issue was, the work that needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost.

Some might think because Kayton Plumbing wasn't available right away, that going with another company might be better... but don't think that!! This company cares that the issue(s) are resolved.

I've been having problems with the drainage in the master bathroom shower. Never had that problem before. I was afraid of what it could be, the house is only four years old. I finally called Kayton Plumbing, they were referred to me by my son-in-law's brother. They came out within 1.5 hours of my phone call. Very prompt. The problem was calcium build-up in the drain pipe. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Kayton Plumbing.

Discovered the water heater was leaking on the eve of putting our rental home up for sale. Called James on the advice of our Realtor and got a reply phone call that evening and the problem fixed within 24 hours after that. Was afraid I'd have to replace the whole water heater, but he was able to replace just the drain valve and saved me a bunch of money. He did what he said he would do, did it when he said he would do it, and did it for a reasonable cost. That's the holy grail when looking for a contractor, at least in my experience. When I had a followup question, he got back to me right away and even stopped by the place to double check. Great communication, highly recommended.
