Roto-ROOTER PLUMBING, who said they would come from 12:00 to 4:00, didn't come without contacting me, so I called Kawamoto plumbing at 4:30. Kawamoto's business hours were 5 o'clock and he was working on another place , but he said he would be able to go around 6 o'clock. The work was fast, very kindly and polite.

Super service! Called and got a text right back saying that he was on a job and to text him. He responded to my questions right away, confirmed the appointment and arrived on time. Efficient, tidy, and very polite. I highly recommend! Changed out an old toilet for new in my Mom's condo. His prices are also on point. Others charge more or were vague.

Not happy with this company. Wasted two mornings waiting for them to respond. Once was forgivable, twice is irresponsible. I understand everyone is busy, but so are your potential customers. Dont give options to meet with your customer and then you dont show up or attempt to contact them, which results in a wasted day. He has good reviews and i had high hopes, but I'll look elsewhere.

After Kawamoto's did a great, efficient job of replacing my garbage disposal last year, I called them again to replace my 20-yo toilet and stop the incessant drip from my shower spout. Chad Kawamoto responded quickly with a quote, scheduled a date and time, and even picked up my new toilet after I paid for it at Home Depot and gave him the order number. Talk about great service! I have already referred this small business to others and will definitely call on Kawamoto's again.

Chad was awesome! We had a leak coming from under the toilet and knew the wax seal was bad and needed it to be redone, so i requested a quote. He responded in less than 5 minutes and quoted a very reasonable price (lowest compared to other quotes). After he came and fixed our toilet, we were absolutely pleased with his work, quick service and price! We also appreciate his honest assessment and how easy it was to schedule an appointment. We had a bad experience with a different plumber and felt we were overcharged for something fairly minor. We will definitely call on Kawamoto's Plumbing and Repair for any future problems or projects. Mahalo again Chad!
