Our water heater was due for replacing as we were no longer getting hot water consistently in the guest bathroom shower, and luckily it went out right before our home warranty expired. We were connected with Kaufmann Plumbing to have a new water heater installed, and the guy who came did a wonderful job in a very timely manner! Only had to pay a trade call fee of $75 :) Would highly recommend them!

Always happy to write a good review for a service company when they get it right - and Kaufmann Plumbing gets it right. I was referred to Kaufmann by our home protection plan company for a problem with the toilets in both bathrooms: in one, the handle stuck and stayed down when flushed allowing the water to run and in the other, the handle needed to be manually held down to flush and raised to stop. Spoke to Linda in the office who couldn't have been nicer or friendlier in scheduling the appointment. Plumber Delfino came out on time and also couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained what the problems were and what needed to be done to correct them. We needed handle assemblies replaced as well as the flap and one of the fill valves. He was able to do part of the job in the one visit but needed to return with a part to complete the job. For the return, he was once again on time. Delfino worked cleanly and efficiently and we couldn't have asked for a better service encounter. I can highly recommend Kauffman Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

PS: a week or so later we had a new problem with a leak in the o-ring at the bottom of one of the toilets. Based on our previous positive experience with them, we requested that the home protection company send out Kaufmann Plumbing. Once again, we were fortunate enough to get Delfino who, once again, arrived on time (spoiling us for any other service people we might have to deal with) and took care of the problem. Five stars all around.

I have hired Kaufmann Plumbing for multiple plumbing jobs at my home. Each time, I have been very pleased with the quality of work provided. Most recently, I hired Perry Keith to fix some plumbing issues in my master bathroom. Perry arrived on time, displayed a pleasant and professional demeanor, and demonstrated a refreshing commitment to quality workmanship. I will continue to use Kaufmann as my plumbing contractor of choice.

We have been struggling with a clothes washer that does not drain properly, on and off for years. Part of the problem is how our laundry room was constructed. To make a long story short, in the last two days we have had to have two different companies come out to our home. In these trying times, that can be scary enough without major issues and price gouging. The long and short of it is this:

We had to use our warranty company and they sent out a company that had no idea what they were doing and just wanted to collect their service call fee. Then we had to call back and luckily we got Kaufman Plumbing - Great Service!

So thankful to have found a company that knows what they are doing, they are professional, and you can communicate with everyone involved in the entire process. Feeling blessed that this is fixed and behind us now!

I have been using Kaufmann Plumbing for years. They never fail complete a job with nothing but excellence. The home warranty company sent out a plumbing company to repair a faucet that was not working at all (hardly any water came out) for an entire month they kept us waiting and stated that we needed a new faucet. So Kaufmann came out today and repaired in less than 20 min. The most important attribute about Kaufmann is their honesty and professionalism. Thank you Reto and his awesome staff.

I have had several plumbing issues over the years...needing to install a washing machine, and another time a garbage disposal, and this past week, I had a broken tankless water heater. The first time I randomly contacted Kaufmann Plumbing. I'm so glad I did. Linda on the phone nails the highest level of customer service and is an expert at understanding what questions to ask in order to provide the best service when the plumber arrives. Perry is, by far, the smartest, nicest and most professional plumber I have ever come across. Regardless of his profession, he's simply a really nice guy. Each time we have met, I know the minute he shows up that my plumbing problem will soon be in the past. I highly recommend Kaufmann Plumbing and especially Linda and Perry!

I wouldn't think of calling anybody else but Kaufmann plumbing! Recently we had a drain pipe collapse UNDER the house foundation and it was a major job. Juan did it in one day and charged a very reasonable price. I found it amazing that he could do the whole job by only removing one tile, jackhammering the foundation and then excavating. In other words he completed the whole job with minimal destruction. He covered all the bedroom furnishings and made no mess at all. Highly recommended!

Needed some plumbing work done. Found Kaufman Plumbing. Hired them to add a kitchen sink and faucet and bathroom sink and faucet. The did a great job. The owner quoted the job. His employee Perry arrived along with the owner to start the job. I like that. Everyone was on the same page. I love the way they did the work and cleaned after the job was done and they also took the trash with them. Bravo!

From the minute I contacted Kaufmann Plumbing every person I've dealt with has been extremely professional and friendly. Linda in the office has been a joy to talk to and has been very responsive. I had 4 separate issues going on and the plumber did an excellent job with the repairs and with the installation of some new equipment. I would highly recommend!
