We have had Kaufmann Plumbing out to our house for a couple of different issues, and have been very pleased with their service. Linda was very efficient and polite when scheduling the various service calls, and Perry showed his expertise and skill on multiple occasions when dealing with water pressure issues, 'air hammer' issues and shower problems.

Overall, Kaufmann has a professional and trustworthy team who will get the job done right!

I contacted Kaufmann based on Yelp reviews. They did a site visit which was very positive, Reto asked if it would be OK to get me his proposal the following week as some of his people were out ill. I agreed. The following week went by and no contact. The next week I phoned and left a message, still no contact. Surely if he didn't want my business he could have said so and not wasted my time. Very disappointed and not what you expect form such glowing reviews.

This is a mixed review. We had Kaufmann install a Nuvo H2O system (softener and filter) last year. The installation itself went smoothly. Unfortunately the Nuvo system itself doesn't seem to be doing much of anything. We still have water spots as we did before, and the water tastes about the same. When I replaced the filter and softener elements after six months, there was no improvement. At that time I noticed that the softener element had been installed backwards, with the water flowing through the unit in the wrong direction. I called Kaufmann, and they came right out and fixed it. Even so, we still have water spotting and the water tastes about the same. I have since installed a small under counter water filter for our kitchen faucet, and it does a great job. This was what I was expecting from the Nuvo system. Kaufmann was great to work with - but I never really got what I expected from the system.

I have used Kaufman Plumbing numerous times and have had the best experience each time! Most recently, I used them to disconnect, cap off gas line, and dispose of a gas BBQ grill that was no longer functional. It was bolted to a concrete pad since the original construction of our home and seemed no small task to shear off the bolts and remove the grill. The technician arrived promptly, surveyed the situation, and removed the grill which had been an eyesore for quite some time! He was very professional and the job, which included 2 other tasks, was completed in less time than expected. I certainly will call Kaufman Plumbing again!

Kaufman plumbing installed a gas line. When my cook top came in, from Lowes, Kaufman did the installation. Their service has been superior. Both young men wore masks were clean and very polite. They arrived on time and did a thorough clean job. From now on they are my plumbing source. I strongly recommend them

I have used Kaufmann Plumbing for 9 years since I bought this 1964 original vintage house from the people who built it. Reto and his team have taken the best care and done the greatest job to help me restore it. Yesterday we had a slab leak that was damaging the original inlay terrazzo. Perry came right on time at 10 am. discovered ancient barely functional valve and repaired it to perfection. I can't say enough accolades, not only about Reto and Linda but also Perry who did the job with skill and intuition. They are very fair on price and work - the quality is the value!

If I could give these guys 20 stars, I would! First of all, I am a Real Estate agent and I have dealt with A LOT of plumbers. I found these guys when I purchased vacation home in Palm Springs 6 years ago and they have been my go-to every since. This past weekend, we had a slab leak at a vacation rental we own, and the plumber sent by the property manager immediately wanted to tear out the floors, tile, etc, gave an astronomical rice, and would have left us to repair the floors afterward. Not only would this have been costly and time consuming, it was completely unnecessary. We were looking at losing a good amount of money in upcoming bookings also. Reto came in and looked at it, and suggested cutting the old lines and re-rerouting them with new plumbing over head so they would be accessible in case of any future repairs. They did the work in 2 days, with very minimal damage to the walls (which they also repaired). They are professional, prompt, clean/neat, do very good work, and I can not say enough good things about them. And let me tell you, it is hard to earn praise from me. I highly recommend them!

Perry arrived right on time wearing a mask. Very polite and courteous. Fixed the main problem quickly and then fixed several other minor problems. Everything was done neatly and cleanly. He did all this in under an hour so the price was much less than I was expecting. Great service and very happy with the results and price.
