Kaufman Well Drilling Water Treatment and Plumbing Services started in 1976 in Waterloo, IN by the Kaufman family. Incorporated in 1989, our community-focused business kicked off with one drilling rig and a dream of achieving the American dream of business success. The Kaufman trio operated the operation until Don's retirement.

In 1997, Mike and Shelly Kaufman acquired the operation and have sustained the well drilling enterprise using the same sound financial practices that Don employed to start the company back in 1976.
