First off, this company isn't even located in Katy so I have no idea why they would be called that. Secondly I don't know how they are still open with their poor business model and arrogant owner (I can see why prices are incredibly high).

I had a driver come to my house today just to replace a faucet (he said he had to pick it up at Home Depot which should have thrown me off) and before doing so gave me an outstanding fee and poor attitude when I questioned about it. I called the number again, while the driver made his way back to his truck so I could straighten things out with the owner.. Only to be met with one of the most arrogant people I've ever talked to. After telling me they were taking me to court, putting a lien on my house, and cursing at me, the driver then left while flipping me off. Never again will I be using them, or recommending them to anyone. No one should have to put up with that kind of service just to be over charged and threatened.
