Wes F.Service was requested and scheduled for the next day between 4-7 pm. No one showed up or notified us by a call or text. I called the next morning and they rescheduled for 12-3 pm later that day. Again no one showed up or let us know they were running late until I called the office around 3:30. I then got a text from the technician who said I was in the queue and he'd let me know when he was on the way. At 6:30 pm I received another text from the technician asking if I could reschedule. Really??? So you got my $169 on Monday with the promise of showing up and you stood me up three times. Sorry I was a fool to believe your promises and now almost a week later and I still haven't received the refund I was promised. As a life long Katy resident, needless to say I will not be recommending your company to anyone I know.
