Shari F.I have two showers in my house. Four years ago both showers dripped due to hard water buildup. We decided to fix one of them (all we could afford). The plumber at that time (different company) had to schedule a second visit so he could order a new faucet since he had to break the existing nut to remove it. Total cost about $400. We finally had the funds to do the other shower last week. Kastle plumbing came out with replacement nut and cartridge on the truck. Again, he had to break the nut to remove the mechanics, but since he had a replacement nut, he didn't have to order an entire new faucet. One visit, 25 minutes, $162. The guys were professional, explained what they were going to do, and no more dripping!
John B.Good people, but I'm very Disappointed with them lately. I had a gas line that needed replaced, they gave me a price of 2,300. I thought it sounded high, called another company and got same work for 1,050. Make sure you double check their prices!
