This is the second time that i have used Kastle Plumbing to fix a slab leak/ re-pipe. As he did on the first job for in 2012, he and his crew did a great job.
The work area and all areas from the entry to home to the problem area was matted and contained. Therefore i did not have debris or materials left around my house. All waste was placed directly into my trash can.
The damaged hot water line re-pipe took about 3.5 hours. Considering that they had to find the line, cut into the wall, go into the attic and re-route the line, this quick turn-a-round was a huge advantage for a busy guy like me who doesn't have all day to wait around.
I was very impressed with their consideration for my time as they diligently worked on the job. They were very punctual getting to the job this morning, and in the end, i felt that the cost was very reasonable.
Thanks a lot Scott for hustling and making this leak a thing of the past.

Great Job!
Scott went out of his way to call me throughout the day to keep me updated on his arrival. Scott installed a mixer valve on my shower and did not have to cut through the drywall like the other plumbers were planning to do.
He is a real perfectionist and did an outstanding job.
I would highly recommend Scott for your plumbing needs!

The crew at Kastle Plumbing has always been there for me. They have been my plumbers for over ten years. They come quickly and resolve the problems. They are neat and clean. They understand the needs of the customer and are reasonably priced. What more can you ask for!

Scott is very friendly, and knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of money with his honesty. Will use their services for future plumbing issues.

They have several addresses...
January 2012: Ryan @ Kastle Plumbing @ (949) 645-1234 did a good job of replacing my single handle shower valve/regulator, bathroom sink faucet, and shut-off valves.
August 2012: Ryan fixed a single handle shower valve/regulator (cheaper and easier than to replace the whole regulator - no need to break the wall)
August 2014: Ryan and his apprentice replaced my kitchen sink faucet and grinder, and several minor parts. Looks good so far - Mar 2016.

Unfortunately, we live in an area that's now running rampant with slab leaks, enter Scott and his crew from Kastle plumbing. From the get go Scott was on top of it, making everything much easier to cope with. Trust me, having your house repiped is no small operation, but Kastle made it as painless as it could possibly be. From his estimate, to the piping, to drywall, to paint, and finally, to bringing in a professional cleaning crew, Scott and company saw it through to the end, hands on, all the way. I highly recommend Kastle plumbing.

Please DO NOT give this man your money or invite him into your home!
Agreeing with several other reviews of how mean Scott is to his staff.
Not just mean, downright abusive- it is a shame because im sure he is great at his job, but there is more to it than just showing up and ""fixing"" something.
Unfortunately this man does not realize it isn't appropriate to come into someones home and personal space and YELL, CUSS, SWEAR, BELITTLE, INTIMIDATE and ABUSE his staff. It's like he purposely does it IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER to make himself look more knowledgable- Instead, he just looks like an a$$.
He consistently creates a negative atmosphere where he is the plumbing god - gift to mankind and shall not be questioned. This man doesnt take into consideration that not everyone is schooled in this kind of work. We hire you because we do not know how to fix it ourselves and because we need help. It is down right disgusting to come into our situation where the client is vulnerable and act like we are an idiot because we want you to explain things to us and be walked through the process. That is called customer service, it is completely reasonable- and it is lacking greatly with the owner.
I will not review the rest of the company because this is really just about the owner and his lack of professionalism, his use of intimidation to manipulate, and his lack of common human decency toward those around him.
I am glad to know i wasn't the only person who has noticed this or spoken up about it. Hopefully the owner will take into consideration how his words and actions effect others and can be detrimental to his business and workers. A person can only get away with something for so long before it starts to backfire in their face.

Cleanest trucks in town... And just like his trucks, Scott and his crew (Ryan and Kelly) did a meticulous job when they rerouted the pipes for my downstairs bathroom.
I saw some of my laminate flooring curling up in the dining room and I knew that wasn't good. So I called a slab leak expert and Scott didn't give up until he was sure where the leak was... Then he and his crew went to work and rerouted the pipes through the ceiling from the garage and across to my bath. that way I wouldn't have to worry about any future leaks in the old pipes. I'm glad of that.
And wow what a neat and professional looking job. No shoddy work here...
The job is neat and the pipes are insulated. I didn't think that there were many plumbers left who took real pride in their work, but Scott is a real craftsman.
I recommend him for any plumbing job...and his prices are very reasonable.
Thanks a lot Scott

Upon realizing our leak was not your garden variety type but a dreaded ""Slab Leak"" we called ""The King of Slab Leaks"" Scott Kastle. Scott was able to come to our house within a few hours and quickly determine where the leak was and how best to approach the actual repair. It's critical to detect where the leak is without doing too much damage to wall surfaces and floors because that gets quite expensive to restore. After detecting the leak, Scott planned how to save our ceramic tile floor and repair the leak. Access was made to bypass leaking section and reroute two lines so they would no longer be under the slab and be more accessible for any future leaks. Scott then called Erich of A#1 Emergency Service to asses the water damage and prepare the house for 3 days of drying out and preventing mold. Erich's team was in & out in 4 hours with minimal intrusion and left us with 6 Large fans and 3 Dehumidifiers. Erich's team would come back and work with the insurance company to insure any damaged items such as my hardwood floor in my family room would be replaced and all wall surfaces would be repaired and painted. Scott returned the following day to perform the reroute and restore our water to the effected area. When Scott's team left, our house was spotless and we had some new PEX piping instead of the Copper that is subject to corrosion and leaks after time.
I can highly recommend Scott without hesitation for any job large or small and his association with a restoration team made our life much easier and the recovery much quicker.

Well we finally had a slab leak. Scott and his team saved me over $3,000 dollars!! The first company that came out, very reputable you would know their name, wanted close to $8,000 and that was after serious negotiation. Called Kastle out for a second opinion and right off the bat it is apparent that Scott knew TONS more than the other folks. They are truely slab leak experts! Gave me a couple of options, BOTH for much less $$$ and a ton less invasive to the structure of my home etc. BEFORE you make any decision call Kastle out, they will save you money AND they will get the job done correctly.
