DO NOT USE. We hired them to find a water leak and fix. Scott came first and said it was our upstairs toilet and fixed the toilet. It continued to leak into the next day when they came back to tear out the drywall to dry out. One of the slab leak guys came and found a slab leak. It was never the toilet (even though we paid $400) for the toilet fix. His associate made a comment about how he couldn't believe that Scott didn't find the slab leak. He also discovered that our water pressure regulator was broken, thus causing the leaking. We were told 2 different ways to handle turning our water on and off by Scott and his associate while we waited for them to come back and fix. First we were told to keep our water off as much as possible and then we were told it was bad to turn the water on and off because it could possibly cause more slab leaks with the water pressure so high. They told us it would take a few days but were really busy. A couple days turned into a week and almost $5,000. I realize that they had to order a new water pressure regulator for us but the amount of time to fix everything was way longer than expected. They then quoted us another $4,500 to repair the drywall, paint, etc., but couldn't get to it right away. That is when my husband and I got tired of being jerked around and I started calling around for quotes for the repairs. When we decided to go with another company, I called Scott to get a copy of the invoice for $400 (the toilet fix) to submit to our home warranty company and he confronted me on the phone as to why I wasn't using their company for the repairs. I told him that we needed it done asap and he acted personally offended. When I asked him for the invoice that I needed I somehow knew by his tone and his rushing to get off the phone that I would never get that invoice. I asked him to email it and he said okay and almost hung up without me giving him my email address! That was 3-4 weeks ago and I have called 2-3 times a week asking his ANSWERING SERVICE for the same invoice over and over. No call back and no invoice! They are extremely shady. Do not use these guys! I used ASAP Services to do our repairs and they were done professionally and accurately.

Kastle came out to my home to clear a ""mainline stoppage"" , They were very professional and hard working and used a camera to show me the problem areas in the drain before clearing it. I learned about the main drain of my house as well as solving a problem I had. Great job guys!

We called to have a leak repaired from our upstairs bathroom and we got same day service! Scott sent Dennis who was great! Very communicative with my husband and I and very friendly. He was able to fix our leak quickly and the prices were super reasonable too. We were so happy to find them. We will use them again if/when we need any plumbing done. Hopefully we won't have to.

Kastle Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will ever use again....I called this morning because a section of our carpet was soaking wet! My husband and I thought we had a slab leak. Scott, the owner, arrived on time, was professional, very knowledgable and unhurried with his detailed investigation of our leak. I highly recommend Kastle Plumbing!

This is the second time that i have used Kastle Plumbing to fix a slab leak/ re-pipe. As he did on the first job for in 2012, he and his crew did a great job.
The work area and all areas from the entry to home to the problem area was matted and contained. Therefore i did not have debris or materials left around my house. All waste was placed directly into my trash can.
The damaged hot water line re-pipe took about 3.5 hours. Considering that they had to find the line, cut into the wall, go into the attic and re-route the line, this quick turn-a-round was a huge advantage for a busy guy like me who doesn't have all day to wait around.
I was very impressed with their consideration for my time as they diligently worked on the job. They were very punctual getting to the job this morning, and in the end, i felt that the cost was very reasonable.
Thanks a lot Scott for hustling and making this leak a thing of the past.

Great Job!

Scott went out of his way to call me throughout the day to keep me updated on his arrival. Scott installed a mixer valve on my shower and did not have to cut through the drywall like the other plumbers were planning to do.

He is a real perfectionist and did an outstanding job.

I would highly recommend Scott for your plumbing needs!

They have several addresses...

January 2012: Ryan @ Kastle Plumbing @ (949) 645-1234 did a good job of replacing my single handle shower valve/regulator, bathroom sink faucet, and shut-off valves.

August 2012: Ryan fixed a single handle shower valve/regulator (cheaper and easier than to replace the whole regulator - no need to break the wall)

August 2014: Ryan and his apprentice replaced my kitchen sink faucet and grinder, and several minor parts. Looks good so far - Mar 2016.

Unfortunately, we live in an area that's now running rampant with slab leaks, enter Scott and his crew from Kastle plumbing. From the get go Scott was on top of it, making everything much easier to cope with. Trust me, having your house repiped is no small operation, but Kastle made it as painless as it could possibly be. From his estimate, to the piping, to drywall, to paint, and finally, to bringing in a professional cleaning crew, Scott and company saw it through to the end, hands on, all the way. I highly recommend Kastle plumbing.
